CHRIST In You The Hope Of Glory!

CHRIST In You The Hope Of Glory!

Colossians 1:27

“to them GOD willed to make known what are The Riches of the Glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is CHRIST in you The hope of Glory! NKJV

“to whom ELOHIM desired to make known what are the riches of The Esteem of this secret among the nations: which is MESSIAH in you, The expectancy of Esteem!” The Scriptures

Both a Protestant and a MESSIANIC translation tell us that GOD has revealed to the nations of the world the mystery that was hidden in The Torah and The Prophets: The Riches of GOD’s Glory which is CHRIST in The Believer! What does that mean?

JESUS told us that we have to abide in Him (John 15:1-17) if we are going to do anything in GOD’s Kingdom in the earth (this is how we build up treasures in Heaven, Matthew 6:19-24).

JESUS told us that His Word (His spoken and written Word) is Living (John 1:14; Hebrews 4:12-13; 2 Timothy 3:16-17); and that His Word must abide in us (John 8:28-31; 17:20-26)

John 14:15-18 JESUS said if we keep His Commandments (spoken and written) He will give us His SPIRIT – The HOLY SPIRIT! The SPIRIT of GOD Lives in us (1 Corinthians 3:16-17).

John 1:6-16 JESUS is The Glory of the Father and we are The Glory of JESUS (John 14:23-24).

So The Hope of GOD’s Glory to the nations is that GOD’s SPIRIT lives in every Believer and JESUS’ Words can live (abide) in every Believer, so that every Believer can proclaim the Gospel (Mark 16:14-18; Romans 1:16-17) so that all the people in the world can know of GOD’s Love and Plans for their lives (John 3:15-17; Psalm 139:15-18).

CHRIST in you The Hope of Glory is the point of Salvation – you (we) are saved by JESUS’ Life, Death, Resurrection and Ascension, so that His SPIRIT and Word can live in us making us Children of GOD and Servants of His Kingdom in the earth to proclaim the Good News of GOD’s Love and Salvation for every human being!

That is why since creation GOD has been telling us to seek Him (Deuteronomy 4:29; 2 Chronicles 7:14; Isaiah 55:6; Amos 5:4-6;  Matthew 6:33; Colossians 3:1-2)

Isaiah 55:6 by Suleman Javed

"Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Isaiah 55:6"

What a powerful and urgent call from the Lord: This verse reminds us that God's grace is available now. He is near, and His arms are open wide to all who turn to Him. But there is a window of opportunity—a time to respond—before it's too late. The Spirit calls us today, not tomorrow. 🕊️Let us seek Him with all our hearts, while the door of mercy is still open. Now is the day of salvation. Call upon Him, for He is ready to answer with love, forgiveness, and eternal life.

Ephesians 1:9 by Pastor Tony Kim

Ephesians 1:9 Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:

God’s salvation is offered only by God’s grace. This is something we need to get down. We were not worthy of it or could we attain it. God’s salvation is given us to deliver us from God’s wrath. Without God’s salvation, there is no deliverance from God’s wrath that is certain to come. God chose His plan of salvation before the foundations of the world, because He knew that giving man a free will would include sin and man would need to be saved from sin. These facts are obvious from the scriptures and expressed more clearly in chapter 2.

God’s plan for the salvation of man included both Jew and Gentiles from the beginning. The process was the Jew first, then the Gentiles, Romans 1:16. This was God’s intended method revealed in the scriptures. Paul uses the word “mystery” several times in this letter. It has two meanings from the Hellenistic Greek spoken in Paul’s day.

Something secret and known only to a select few. The mystery of many religions. As used in the Septuagint (the Greek version of the Jewish Old Testament writings, 2) describes what God reveals. Daniel 2:29. The Jews used the word to describe some secret plan that God would reveal at the end of the age.

In the New Testament, the word refers to a truth formerly hidden but now made known to people-in this case, to us, meaning all believers. Revelation in the scriptures or the mysteries of God are always progressive. Look at 1 Peter 1:10 Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you: 11 Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow. 12 Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.

God knew that man could not handle everything He knows at once. So he reveals things to us in a sort of “need to know” method. When we need to know the what we need to know, would be revealed to us. Colossians 1:26 Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations but now is made manifest to his saints: 27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. In this case, the revelation is, God’s plan to unite things in heaven and earth in Christ.

It was God’s will from the beginning to give his people glorious privileges. The fact that Paul used the word “mystery “ in with “God’s will” reveals the certainty of the outcome of God’s plans and promises. This is the why of the use of the term “according to His good pleasure.” It pleases God to make known to us the mystery of His will.

Revelation Chapter 22

Revelation Chapter 22

Introduction:

Chapter 22:1-5 continues the description of The New Jerusalem. Verses 6-21 is a reminder to obey GOD, watch and be ready for CHRIST’s return by obeying GOD’s Word. JESUS says, “Truly, I Am coming quickly!”

:1 He showed me a Pure River of Water of Life, clear as crystal, proceeding from The Throne of GOD and of The Lamb (Psalm 46:4-7; Ezekiel 47:1).

:2 In the middle of the street, on either side of The River was the Tree of Life (Genesis 2:9) which bore twelve fruits, each yielding its Fruit every month; the Leaves of The Tree were for the healing of the nations (Ezekiel 47:12).

:3-4 There shall be no more curse, but The Throne of GOD and of The Lamb shall be in it and His Servants shall serve Him (Revelation 7:9, 12, 15-17). They shall see His face and His Name shall be on their foreheads (Matthew 5:8; Revelation 14:1).

:5 There shall be no night there: they need no lamp nor light of the sun, for YEHOVAH GOD  gives them Light (Psalm 36:7-9). They shall Reign forever and ever (Isaiah 60:19-22; Daniel 7:18, 26-27)!

:6-7 Then he said to me, “These Words are True and Faithful (Revelation 19:9). YEHOVAH GOD of the prophets sent His angel to show His servants the things which must shortly* take place (Revelation 1:1). Behold I Am coming quickly**! Blessed is he who keeps The Words of the Prophecy of the Book (Revelation 1:3).”

:8-9 “Now I, John, saw and heard these things and when I heard and saw I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel who showed me these things (Revelation 19:10). Then he said to me. ‘See that you do not, for I am your fellow servant and of your brethren the prophets and of those who keep the Words of This Book***. Worship YEHOVAH!’

:10-11 “He said to me, ‘Do not seal The Words of The Prophecy of The Book (Daniel 8:26; Revelation 10:4), for the time is at hand. He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous (do right) still; he who is holy, let him be holy still (set apart to GOD).’”

:12-13 “Behold (pay attention)! I Am coming quickly and My Reward is with Me to give to everyone according to His Work (Isaiah 62:11-12; 1 Corinthians 3:10-15). I Am The Alpha and The Omega, The Beginning and The End, The First and The Last (Isaiah 41:4)!”

:14-15 Blessed are those who do His Commands (John 8:28-31), that they may have the right to The Tree of Life and may enter through the gates into The City (Daniel 12:9-13). But outside dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murders and idolaters and whoever loves and practices a lie.

:16 I, JESUS, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the Churches (Revelation 1:1)! I Am The Root and The Offspring of David (Isaiah 11:1), The Bright and Morning Star (Numbers 24:17; Isaiah 60:3; Matthew 2:2).”

:17 The SPIRIT and The Bride say, ‘Come!’ Let him who hears say, ‘Come!’ Let him who thirsts come; whoever desires let him take of the Water of Life freely (Isaiah 55:1).

:18-19 For I testify to everyone who hears The Word of The Prophecy of This Book: if anyone adds to these things (Deuteronomy 4:1-2; Proverbs 30:5-6), GOD will add to him the plagues that are written in This Book; and if anyone takes away from The words of this Book of The Prophecy (Deuteronomy 12:32), GOD shall take away his part from The Book of Life, from the Holy City and from the things which are written in This Book (Proverbs 13:13).

:20-21He Who Testifies to these things says, ‘Surely I Am coming quickly.’ Amen****! Even so, come LORD JESUS! The grace of our LORD JESUS CHRIST be with you all. Amen!”

*Shortly = a space of time determined by GOD according to His Eternal Purpose.

** Quickly = is a warning of unexpected suddenness.

*** The angel is saying that like the prophets and those who obey GOD’s Word: we are all servants of YEHOVAH GOD and JESUS CHRIST.

**** Amen = yes, let it be so.

A Short Story Of The Near Future?

A Short Story Of The Near Future?

In the not to distant future, in GOD’s timing, there will be a one world government that will control the nations of the earth through economic, political and military power. They will be the few, in percentage of the whole world population, that control everything while they live the very good life of power and riches.

In the beginning there will be turmoil followed by worldwide peace and prosperity. Then after a short time two leaders will rise to the top and control the whole government, one political and one religious. These two will institute strict economic and religious laws over the people of the earth.

Most of the world population will willingly submit, obey and support the government. But there will be many Christians who follow and serve JESUS CHRIST who will resist the world government’s control because They Believe and Practice what The Bible teaches. There will also be anarchists – those who hate government control of any kind who will resist.

During this time there will be much turmoil and conflict in all the nations of the earth and many people will be persecuted and murdered for their resistance to the two leaders. During this time there will also be many calamities from weather, pestilence, famine and war. Millions of people will die!

The political leader will set himself up as god in Jerusalem and the religious leader will build an idol to the political leader. They will give the idol the ability to speak and they will cause all who do not worship the political leader to be killed.

When GOD’s timing is complete, GOD’s Son JESUS CHRIST will return to the earth and destroy the political leader, the religious leader and all of the world government, He will destroy the world government’s army that has come to Jerusalem to attach JESUS and His Heavenly army. JESUS will establish His Rule over the nations from Jerusalem for one thousand years, JESUS will Rule the nations with a rod of iron, for one thousand years, because not everyone left in the world will be a Christian.

1 John 4-5

1 John 4-5

GOD is Love if we Love GOD then we must Love all people!

4:7-8 Beloved, let us Love one another, for Love is of GOD; and everyone who Loves is Born of GOD and knows GOD. He who does not Love does not know GOD, for GOD is Love! (John 3:15-17)

4:11 Beloved, if GOD so Loved us, we also ought to Love one another! (Ephesians 4:32)

4:12 No one has seem GOD at any time! If we Love one another, GOD abides in us and His Love has been Perfected in us! (John 1:17-18, 6:46)

4:16 We have know and believed the Love GOD has for us. GOD is Love and he who abides in Love abides in GOD and GOD in him! (John 17:20-23)

4:20 If someone says, “I Love GOD,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not Love his brother whom he has seen, how can he Love GOD whom he has not seen? (Matthew 22:36-40)

4:21 This commandment we have from Him: that he who Loves GOD must Love his brother also. (Matthew 5:43-48)

5:2 By this we know that we Love the Children of GOD, when we Love GOD and Keep His Commandments! (John 14:15, 15:9-12)

If we Love GOD JESUS gives us Life, if we do not Love people we do not have Life.

5:11 This is the testimony: that GOD has given us Eternal Life and this Life is in His Son! (John 17:1-5)

5:12 He who has The Son has Life; he who does not have The Son does not have The Life! (John 6:47)

5:13 These things I have written to you who Believe in the Name of The Son of GOD, that you many know that you have Eternal Life, and that you may continue to Believe in The Name of The Son of GOD! (Acts 4:12; Philippians 2:9-11)

Because we are Born of GOD we must resist evil!

4:1 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of GOD; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. (Matthew 7:15-20; Galatians 1:6-10)

4:2 By this you know the SPIRIT of GOD: every spirit that confesses that JESUS CHRIST has come in the flesh is of GOD! (Romans 10:8-13; 1 Corinthians 12:3)

4:3 Every spirit that does not confess that JESUS CHRIST has come in the flesh is not of GOD! This is the spirit of the anti-christ, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world. (2 Thessalonians 2:1-8; 2 John 7)

4:4 You are of GOD, little children and have overcome them, because He Who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. (John 16:33; James 4:7-10; 1 Peter 5:8-11)

4:6 We are of GOD! He who knows GOD hears us; he who is not of GOD does not hear us! By this we know The SPIRIT of Truth and the spirit of error! (Matthew 15:1-9; 2 Timothy 4:1-4)

4:17 Love has been Perfected among us in this: that we may have Boldness in The Day of Judgment; because as He Is, so are we in this world! (Hebrews 4:14-16)

5:2 By this we know that we Love the Children of GOD, when we Love GOD and keep His commandments! (John 15:9-15; 1 Peter 1:20-21)

5:3 For this is the Love of GOD that we keep his commandments! His commandments are not burdensome! (John 8:28-31)

5:4 For whatever is Born of GOD overcomes the world! This is the Victory that has overcome the world – our Faith! (Ephesians 2:8-10; Hebrews 11:6)

5:5 Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who Believes that JESUS is The Son of GOD! (1 Corinthians 15:57; Revelation 12:11)

5:17 All unrighteousness is sin, and there is sin not leading to death! (James 4:17 ; 1 John 3:4; Matthew 7:21-23)

5:18 We know that whoever is Born of GOD does not Sin; but he who has been Born of GOD keeps himself and the wicked one does not touch him! (John 17:14-19; James 1:12-16)

5:21 Littke children keep yourselves for idols! Amen! (Exodus 20:3-5; Acts 15:22-29)

JESUS came to give us understanding that if we are in JESUS we are in GOD!

5:20 We know that The Son of GOD has come and has given us an understanding, that we may know Him Who Is True; we are in Him Who Is True, in His son JESUS CHRIST This is The True GOD and Eternal Life! (Luke 24:44-45; John 1:11-13, 5:24, 17:11)

Revelation Chapter 21

Revelation Chapter 21

Introduction:

Chapter 21:1-22:5 is about the New Heaven (there is no sun or moon), the New Earth (there are no seas), the New Jerusalem (The Bride Of The Lamb), the River of Life and the Tree of Life, The Father and The Son are the Light. This is the Eternal Home of The Saints (John 14:1-6)!

:1 Now, I saw a New Heaven and a New Earth. For the first heaven and the first earth had passed away; also there was no more sea (2 Peter 3:10-13; Revelation 20:11; Isaiah 65:17-19).

:2 Then I, John, saw The Holy City, New Jerusalem, coming down out of Heaven from GOD prepared as a Bride*, adorned for her Husband (Revelation 19:7-9, 21:9-10 vs. 11-27 describes The New Jerusalem).

:3 I heard a loud voice from Heaven saying, “Behold, The Tabernacle of GOD is with men and He will dwell with them and they shall be His People. GOD Himself will be with them and be their GOD.” That has been GOD’s plan from the creation, but sin always got in the way. That is why JESUS was crucified before the foundation of the world.

:4 “GOD will wipe away every tear from their eyes (Isaiah 25:8; Revelation 7:17); there shall be no more death (1 Corinthians 15:24-26, 53-55), nor sorrow (Isaiah 35:10), nor crying (Isaiah 65:19); there shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away (Isaiah 43:18-21).” This is the promise that we endure all the temptations, tribulations and persecutions to receive.

:5-7 Then He Who sat on The Throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” He said to me, “Write, for these things are True and Faithful (2 Timothy 3:16-17).” He said to me, “It is done (John 19:30; Revelation 10:6-7)! I Am The Alpha and Omega, The Beginning and The End. I will give of the Fountain of Water of Life freely to him who thirsts (John 4:10). He who overcomes shall inherit all things and I will be his GOD and He shall be My Child (Philippians 3:8-11; Romans 8:16-17).”

:8 “But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death (1 Corinthians 6:8-11; Revelation 19:20, 20:10, 14-15).”

:9 Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls filled with the seven last plagues came and talked to me, saying, “Come, I will show you The Bride, The Lamb’s Wife.” This is causing much controversy in The Church because we have been taught that The Church is The Bride of The Lamb.*

:10-11a He carried me away in The SPIRIT to a great and high mountain and showed me The Holy City Jerusalem, descending out of Heaven from GOD, having The Glory of GOD (meaning the physical presence of GOD; Ezekiel 48:30-35 (YEHOVAH Shammah).

:11b-14 Her Light was like a most precious stone, like a jasper stone, clear as crystal. Also she had a great high wall with twelve gates and twelve angels at the gates and names written on them which are of the twelve tribes of The Children of Israel: three gates on the east, three gates on the north, three gates on the south and three gates on the west. Now the wall of the City had twelve foundations and on them were the names of the twelves apostles of The Lamb (Ephesians 2:19-22).

:15-18 He who talked with me had a gold reed to measure The City, its gates and its wall. The City is laid out in a square; its length is as great as it breath. He measured The city with the reed: twelve thousand furlongs**. Its length, breath and height are equal. Then he measured its wall: one hundred and forty-four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of an angel**. The construction of its wall was of Jasper and The City was pure gold, like clear glass.

:19-20 The foundations of the wall of The City were adorned with all kinds of precious stones: the first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald, the fifth sardonyx, the sixth sardius, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase,  the eleventh jacinth and the twelfth amethyst (Isaiah 54:11-12).

:21 The twelve gates were twelve pearls: each individual gate was of one pearl. The street of The city was pure gold, like transparent glass.

:22 But I saw no temple in it, For JEHOVAH ELOHIM Almighty and The Lamb are its Temple. In the present Believers are the Temple of The HOLY SPIRIT (1 Corinthians 3:16-17); but in The New Jerusalem, GOD is The Temple (John 4:21-24).

:23-26 But I saw no Temple in it, For JEHOVAH ELOHIM Almighty and YESHUA are its Temple. The City has no need of the sun or the moon to shine in it for The Very Glory of ELOHIM illuminated it (Isaiah 24:23); YESHUA is its Light (Isaiah 60:19-20). The nations shall walk in its Light and the rulers of the earth bring their tribute and honor into it. Its gates shall not be shut at all by day (there shall be no night). They shall bring the tribute and honor of the nations into it (Isaiah 60:10-18).

:27 But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles or causes an abomination or a lie (Joel 3:17-18); but only those who are written in The Lamb’s Book of Life.

Daniel 7:13-14

*Isaiah 54:4-8 The LORD calls Israel His wife; Jeremiah 3:11-15 The LORD calls Israel his wife; Hosea 2:2, 7,16, 19-20 JEHOVAH and Israel as husband and wife; 2 Corinthians 11:2 Paul implies that The Church is The Bride of YESHUA, but John sees The New Jerusalem as The Bride of YESHUA!

**Twelve thousand furlongs (Literally stadia) equals about 1,380 miles.

A cubit equals about 18 inches: one hundred forty-four cubits equals about 216 feet.

Israel Is The Church!?

Israel Is The Church!?

After all is said and done in The Scriptures; JESUS is Israel’s MESSIAH and The Savior and LORD of All the nations. Remember Paul’s teachings, the gentile Christians are grafted into Israel! We are part of Israel! Romans 9 through 11 are about Israel’s rejection of GOD, yet they remain GOD’s Chosen People (Romans 9:30-33, 10:14-21).

In Romans 11 we see that all Believers are part of the tree and feeding from the root (JESUS Isaiah 11:1-5; Revelation 5:5). Gentile believers are grafted into the Olive Tree, Israel, and subject to the same Requirements and receive the same Blessings.

JESUS, The Jewish Rabbi, told us that we have to abide (live our life) in Him and His Word abide (live) in us if we are to be His Disciples (John 8:27-32, John 14:15-24, John 15:1-17). The Church is not separate from Israel, the Church started in Israel, in Jerusalem and it spread to the whole world according to GOD’s Plan and JESUS’ Commission to the Church (Matthew 28:16-20, Mark 16:14-18, Acts 1:4-8). The first Believers were all Jewish (Acts 1:1-8:3 it was after persecution by the religious Jews that The Gospel was taken outside of Judea, Acts 8:3ff. At this time there were over 13,000 Jewish Believers in Judea).

Study the Acts, the Epistles and the seven letters of Revelation 2 and 3, all the teachings are about One Church of Jews and Gentiles. It was not until the third century under Constantine that he distinguished the Jews (non-believers in CHRIST) from The Church, before that all the Jewish religious leaders and the Roman emperors had counted them as one group; they counted the non-messianic Jews and the Christians as one group because they only believed in The One True GOD JEHOVAH. They considered the Christians as another sect of Jews, like the Sadducees and Pharisees (Acts 9:1-2, 24:10-15, 22).

In Ephesians 2 and 4:1-8 Paul shows that the Jewish and non-Jewish Believers in JESUS are One Body!

Peter also talks of the Church being One People, 1 Peter 2:1-17 (Romans 1:16-17; 1 Corinthians 12:1-3, 12-14, 18).

As Gentile Christians we often talk about The Church being The Bride of The Lamb. Not so according to The Bible! Revelation 21:1-2, 9-10 teaches us that The New Jerusalem is the Bride of The Lamb, nowhere in Scriptures does it say The Church is The Bride of The Lamb!

In The Old Testament GOD says He betroths Himself to Israel, that Israel is His Wife several times (Isaiah 54:4-8 The LORD calls Israel His wife; Jeremiah 3:11-15 The LORD calls Israel his wife; Hosea 2:2, 7,16, 19-20 JEHOVAH and Israel as husband and wife. In the New Testament Paul implies that The Church is The Bride of The Lamb, 2 Corinthians 11:2; but John sees The New Jerusalem as The Bride of The Lamb!)

Whether you believe that The Church is the Bride of The Lamb or that The New Jerusalem is The Bride of The Lamb there is only One Body of Believers! Those, whether of Jewish or Gentile birth, are Born Again in JESUS CHRIST and become a New Creation, The Church (John 3:1-9, 4:19-26; John 14:6; Acts 4:11-12; Ephesians 2:4-10; Romans 10:8-13; 2 Corinthians 5:16-17).

The Law Completed!

The Law Completed!?

Matthew 5:17-20 “Do not think that I came to destroy The Law or The Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to Fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till Heaven and Earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from The Law till all is fulfilled. Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches men so shall be called least in the Kingdom of Heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called Great in the Kingdom of Heaven. For I say to you that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the Scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter into The Kingdom of Heaven.” Then JESUS goes on for the rest of The Sermon on The Mount to tell us how to keep the commandments. Everything that JESUS said to the Jews applies to all Christians, Jewish or Gentile!

Most people quote verse 17, “Do not think that I came to destroy The Law or The Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to Fulfil.” Then talk about how now Christians do not have to keep the Law; that is not what JESUS said! Then they quote Paul in Romans 6:14 “For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under Law but under Grace.” Go back and study that in context, Paul is not talking about The Torah, he is talking about the law of sin and death which every human being is subject to! Paul clarified that in Romans 8:1-4 “There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in CHRIST JESUS, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the SPIRIT. For The Law of The SPIRIT of Life in CHRIST JESUS has made me free from the law of sin and death. (This is Salvation, JESUS conquered sin and death and because His SPIRIT lives in us (1 Corinthians 3:16-17) now we have the victory over them, 1 Corinthians 15:57.)

Law verses Grace!

The Law of Moses – The Torah was given to Moses for the Hebrew people to show them what sin was and to show them how to live without sinning. The Hebrew people and everyone else could not live according to the Law without serving The Law rather than serving JEHOVAH! Romans 8:1-4; Colossians 2:11-23.

Sabbath: The Law says we should honor the Sabbath (Exodus 20:8-11), but Christians say we do not have to honor the Sabbath, that we honor Sunday the day CHRIST Rose from the dead. JESUS said that “man was not made for the sabbath but the sabbath for man (Mark 2:27-28).” And He pointed out that every sabbath the priests violated it (Matthew 12:5), meaning the sabbath was instituted so that man would rest at least one day a week (Colossians 2:16-17), as GOD did after He Created everything that exists (Genesis 1:31-2-2). So every Christian should have one day a week that he dedicates to GOD and rests from his work.

Food: The Law gave the Hebrew people rules about food and eating. Remember there was virtually no food preservation except salt. So GOD told them of foods that they should eat and how to eat them. GOD also told them which foods to avoid, because  they were scavengers, they ate dead things themselves, etc. Mark 7:14-19; Acts 10:9-16; Romans 14:1-3. So thank GOD for His Great Provision and eat healthily 1 Corinthians 3:16-17.

Baptism: Under the law there were many cleansing regulations for the priests (Exodus 29:1-4) and those who became physically unclean, like touching the dead or body waste, etc. (Leviticus 11:24-25). John The Baptist was command by GOD to baptize people for the remission of sin which came from repentance (Luke 1:76-80, 3:1-6). JESUS was baptized for Righteousness’ sake (Matthew 3:13-17). So when JESUS commanded us to baptize new believers (Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:14-18; Acts 2:41) it was not an option and as JESUS’ disciples we are commanded to keep all His Commandments (there are 50). Romans 6:1-10; Colossians 2:11-12.

So, JESUS fulfilled the  regulation of the law that no human could and took upon Himself the punishment for our sin so that when we stand before GOD’s Judgment we will not be judged about the Law but about our Works as Believers (1 Corinthians 3:11-15)

Revelation Chapter 20

Revelation Chapter 20

Introduction:

The narrative between chapter 19 and chapter 20 is not broken by the chapter division; the battle of Armageddon is finished and the anti-christ and false prophet are cast into the lake of fire and brimstone. It is the end of human reign over the earth and the beginning of CHRIST’s Reign over the earth from Jerusalem for 1000 years. The devil is bound in a pit for the 1000 years and after the 1000 years he is loosed for the battle of Gog and Magog. After the earth is destroyed by fire there is the Great White Throne Judgment where all the dead were judged by the books and those not found in The LAMB’s Book of Life are cast into eternal torment in the lake of fire with death and hell; where the anti-christ, the false prophet and the devil already are. The theme of these chapters is continued in chapters 21 and 22.

Habakkuk 2:1-4

:1-3 Then I saw an angel coming down from Heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. He laid hold of the dragon, that serpent of old, who is the devil and satan, and bound him for a thousand years; and he cast him into the bottomless pit and shut him up and set a seal on him, so that he should deceive the nations no more till the thousand years were finished. But after these things he must be released for a little while (2 Peter 2:4-11).

:4-6 I saw thrones and they sat on them and judgment was committed to them. Then the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to JESUS and for The Word of GOD, who had not worshipped the anti-christ or his image and had not received the mark on their foreheads or on their hands; they Lived and Reigned with CHRIST for the thousand years. The rest of the dead did not Live again until the thousand years were finished. This is The First Resurrection (The Rapture). Blessed and Holy is he who has part in The First Resurrection; over such the second death has no power, but they shall be Priests of GOD and of CHRIST and shall Reign with Him a thousand years (Psalm 72:5, 11-14; Proverbs 23:17-18; Isaiah 61:4-9; Daniel 7:9-14; Joel 3:14-17; John 14:19-24;  Romans 8:12-17; 1 Corinthians 6:1-10).

:7-10 Now when the thousand years have expired, satan will be released from his prison and will go out to deceive the nations (again?) which are in the four corners of the earth. Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle, whose number is as the sand of the sea. They went up on the breath of the earth and surrounded the camp of The Saints and The Beloved City (Jerusalem).

Fire came down from Heaven and devoured them!

The devil who deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the anti-christ and the false prophet are; they will be tormented day and night forever and ever (Ezekiel 38:1-7, 39:1-7; Matthew 25:31-33, 41, 46; Revelation 21:8)!

:11 Then I saw a Great White Throne and Him Who sat on it, from Whose face the earth and heavens fled away (Revelation 21:1); there was no place found for them (2 Peter 3:5-13).

:12 I saw the dead, small and great, standing before GOD, books were opened and another Book was opened which is The Book of Life. The dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books (Matthew 10:25-26; Hebrews 4:13).

:13The sea gave up the dead who were in it and death and hades (Revelation 1:18) gave up the dead who were in them; they were judged, each one according to his works (Proverbs 24:11-12; 1 Corinthians 3:8-15; Revelation 2:21-23).

:14-15 Then death and hades were cast into the lake of fire, this is the second death (1 Corinthians 15:20-28; Revelation 21:8). Anyone not found written in The Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire (Matthew 13:41-43; Jude :5-8; Revelation 14:9-11).

Mark Of The Anti-christ = Blasphemy Of HOLY SPIRIT

Mark Of The Anti-christ = Blasphemy Of HOLY SPIRIT

Blasphemy of HOLY SPIRIT is the only unforgivable sin according to JESUS – since JESUS is The Lamb of GOD Who takes away the sin of the world, He should know. He said that crediting the devil with the miracles that JESUS was doing was blasphemy of HOLY SPIRIT. This is a serious sin since it will not be forgiven by GOD (Mark 3:28-30).

In JESUS’ Revelation He tells us that taking the mark, number or name of the anti-christ on the forehead or hand is an unforgivable sin. Since JESUS told us there is only one unforgivable sin (Matthew 12:31-32; Luke 12:10), taking the mark of the anti-christ is the same sin as giving credit for GOD’s miracles to the devil, giving GOD’s Glory to the devil!

How is it the same?

GOD’s HOLY SPIRIT is the Seal of the Believer (Ephesians 1:13-14) that they are born again SPIRIT filled servants of JESUS CHRIST! It is the Name Of JEHOVAH on the forehead of every Believer in JESUS, the mark that GOD and His angels see (or not see) when they look at us.

During the Great Tribulation those who reject GOD and JESUS will willingly take the mark (seal) of the devil and there is no repentance for it. There will be some who are coerced who will take the mark rather than face the hardships of not taking it, which could include death. The Scripture is clear, taking the mark of the anti-christ is an unforgivable sin (Revelation 14:9-12)!

Even John talks about it, “If anyone sees his brother sinning a sin that does not lead to death, he will ask and He will give him Life for those who commit sin not leading to death. There is sin leading to death, I do not say he should pray about that.” 1 John 5:16 (2 Peter 2:18-22)
