The recent protests were supposed to be rallies of concerned Americans who were horrified by the death of George Floyd. However, many protests degenerated into riots that destroyed parts of American cities. Unfortunately, many capitalized on the events to present other agendas. People who have absolutely nothing to do with the issue of community policing are hoping to hijack the debate.

Thus, the left has used the occasion to bring together ecologists, socialists, feminists, LGBTQ activists, pro-abortion advocates and others to push their false class struggle narratives upon the American public. Less known, however, is the involvement of darker forces. Satanists and witches were invoking dark powers to aid those participating in the violence.

Casting Spells and Hexes

The witches do not hide their involvement in the violent protests. Mashable reports that witch’s covens are actively engaged in hexing police, whom they accuse of brutality. They especially target those who are risking their lives to stop the riots. The witches also cast spells asking protection for protesters that confront the police. Witch activists used their dark arts as cutting edge weapons for those who want to engage in a more spiritual class warfare.

 

The hashtag #witchesforblm serves a meeting place for practicing witches who want to learn how to cast protection spells, draw occult sigils and hex police. Five days after the hashtag started, it garnered 10 million views on the TikTok app.

The postings often include videos of witches casting spells or even acting out what they believe will happen to the police they target. The hexing can get very personal as the witches teach others to write down the names of individual police officers on papers, which are then burned with black candles. The hexes aim to bring misfortune to the officers already at risk while defending the city from disorder.

Mixing Politics and the Occult

The witches are part of a growing movement mixing politics and the occult. Numerous books of spells have been published since the 2016 elections advising occultist activists how to invoke the powers of darkness for political causes. Witches and satanists are appearing more often in public to push their agenda and display their scorn for God and His Law.

 

Such occult activism appears at odds with past leftist policies. The left used to follow a secular outlook that did not recognize spiritual powers of any kind. It always tried to keep politics and Christianity separate by labeling Christian action as superstitious.  However, the left is now welcoming witches and occultists with their dark arts into the public square. Their involvement in the recent protests should surprise no one.

The secular media tend to make light of these actions, seeing them as almost curiosities. They do not believe witches have real powers and see them as malcontents against Christianity. However, the secular left also has no problem accepting them into their ranks despite their disbelief in the supernatural. The occult’s story of the devil oppressed by an Almighty God fits into their tired class struggle narrative and feeds their disdain for God.

The Fight Between Good and Evil

Religious Americans have no problem understanding the presence of the occult in this fight. If Christian prayers to God can affect events, then the invocations to the devil also can have major consequences. Indeed,  Christians have long defined history as the fight between the forces of good and evil. Wherever chaos, hatred and agitation exist, the occult can be expected to have its role. It was the saving action of Christ that conquered the devil and sin and prepared the way for Christian civilization.

This is why the involvement of witches in the protests is so troubling to those Christians who understand the full implications of dark magic.  Their action involves real forces that are dangerous and sinister. The Catholic Encyclopedia defines occultist magic as “the art of performing actions beyond the power of man with the aid of powers other than the Divine.”  When taken seriously, its practitioners expect and obtain the interference of demons or lost souls for evil ends. The Church admits that spirits other than God can interfere in events, although never without God’s permission. Prayers of exorcism aim to limit the devil’s action over individuals and situations.

 

In the present crisis, the last thing needed is occult involvement like the witch’s spells and incantations. This will only increase the chaos and conflict. Satan is the spirit of division and hatred. America now needs to turn to God to defeat the actions of Satan, who prowls about seeking the ruin of souls and whole societies.

Have you ever heard or made these types of statements and thought about what they mean? I have. Ice cream is a metaphor for whatever is our pleasure at the moment.

 

“To die for”, means that I wish that was what heaven was about, not what GOD says Heaven is but what I desire at that moment. I am placing my momentary pleasure over GOD’s promise of eternity.

 

“To kill for”, means that my pleasure is so important that I am will to commit murder to keep having it. No one will be allowed to stop my pleasure or to take it away!

 

What about when someone starts to tell you something or ask you something and then say, “Never mind!” It usually makes you think, “Thank goodness!” because you know what they wanted; or because you did not know what they wanted it makes you want to know; or have you ever thought, “Ok, I’ll never mind again!” Remember The Bible tells us that how we think is how we are, or our true self is how we think! We are what we think, so it is important how we think.

 

All of these types of thoughts or statements; because a statement is a reflection of how we think; are dangerous to ourself and those around us, especially the ones we love. This is why we must read The Bible, study The Bible and meditate on The Bible and ask The HOLY SPIRIT to teach us what GOD is saying to us, our family and friends and the world. The Word of GOD as revealed to us by GOD’s SPIRIT and amplified by fellowship with others who are doing the same in their life is the only thing that will change our soul from fleshly thinking to Spiritual thinking. If we do not commit our life to this death to self (soul and flesh) so we can have life in GOD then James tells us the result, “Rather, each person is being tempted whenever he is being dragged off and enticed by the bait of his own desire. Then, having conceived, the desire gives birth to sin; and when sin is fully grown it gives birth to death.” James 1:14-15 CJB I call this the LSD of life – Lust, Sin, Death!

Beware the Rule of the Riot-makers!

In the face of the recent riots, many try to distinguish between protesters and the “radical elements” who riot. The former are always good and even patriotic. The latter are lamentable and perhaps criminal. In the words of Gen. James Mattis, the riots are the work of “a small number of lawbreakers” that detract from the overall quest for justice.

The general, who is a scholar, should know better. When protests that turn into riots happen everywhere at the same time, using similar tactics and slogans, it is not the work of a small number of lawbreakers. When pallets of bricks allegedly appear near places of looting, this is not the work of random opportunists. When the bailed-out rioters enjoy the universal support of the liberal media, politicians, celebrities, business leaders and clergy, something bigger is at play.

This now-worldwide effort is guided by those who know how to direct and articulate events toward a determined goal. These riots are not spontaneous or random. Things like this need organization, thought and narrative. Riots need riot-makers.

Protesters Need to Condemn Rioters

Of course, most protesters are not riot-makers. Many just want to manifest their anger over the death of George Floyd.  However, when violent groups turn peaceful protests into riots, the riot-makers use the cover and momentum of the protesters to advance their violent class struggle narrative.

Likewise, not all riot-makers participate in the riots, but they, above all, facilitate them. The final goal is to give the impression that everyone supports their struggle. When protesters fail to condemn rioters, they allow this impression to prevail.

Thus, protesters should immediately condemn and disassociate themselves from the violence. There is nothing patriotic about the wanton destruction of property that has ruined the lives of thousands of Americans.   Indeed, the life of George Floyd is not worth intrinsically more than the life of David Dorn, the black ex-police captain murdered by rioters in St. Louis. Do not all black lives matter? Why is one mourned, and the other ignored?

 

A Need for Violence

However, riot-makers see the situation differently. They need violence because they are writing the narrative that everyone is following.  It is the same tired narrative of the left that history is an eternal struggle between the exploiters and the exploited. Rioter-makers do not want social harmony since it impedes the advance of the revolutionary process that they think will assure them of victory.

The radical left has capitalized on the riots to foment class struggle on a mass scale. Indeed, all the familiar characters in this drama remain the same. Pro-abortionists, LGBT activists, socialists, feminists and even Satanists join ranks in this revolution against the established order.

Framing the Debate as a Systemic Crisis

This struggle explains why the riot-makers inside the left, the media and the liberal establishment frame this crisis as a “systemic” crisis. They know that a systemic crisis can only be changed by bringing down the system. They can claim that violence is the only way rioters can express their helplessness in the face of the massive system that oppresses them.

In a systemic crisis, there can be no solutions to the very real and concrete problems. The riot-makers make impossible demands that they know have no solutions inside the present system.  When the riot-makers take control, the “offending” class can never change enough to suit them. They rule with cruel tyranny over actions and even thoughts.

The only thing accepted by the riot-makers is concessions and submission. The established order must invent the concessions it will make to facilitate its self-destruction. Everyone must apologize and surrender. Thus, city governments voluntarily offer to defund or even abolish their police. They tie the hands of their officers while rioters attack and kill these brave defenders of the thin blue line.  Civil and business leaders trip over each other in seeing who can surrender the most in this macabre dance toward society’s dissolution.

Moreover, the riot-makers see violence as a means to accelerate change. If the object of their revolution is to destroy the established order, it must be physically threatened to scare the comfortable bourgeois to concede.  Riots fast-forward so-called historical processes and avoid the ugly defeats suffered through slower democratic processes.

Avoiding Moral Issues

Framing the debate as a systemic crisis allows the riot-makers to avoid anyone from raising moral questions about their action. A systemic crisis absolves people of personal responsibility and free will since they insist the system determines how people behave.

It also hides the real problem. Indeed, it is much greater than racism, which is only a consequence.  This problem is a moral crisis of massive proportions that is tearing America apart. This crisis happened because modern society developed styles of life that teach individuals not to assume moral responsibility for their actions. It created conditions whereby people became slaves to their unbridled passions. The result is a sinful society that becomes ever more disordered.

In the present war against order, the riot-makers now fight with increased rage against the remnants of the natural moral law that seeks to restrain them—even if only by fallible police. They want their bricks to bring down the present decadent system, full of family, cultural and even economic institutions that remind people of the Christian order that still survives in these times. The most radical riot-makers rage against God and His Law.

For this reason, the left seeks to avoid addressing the moral dimension. A moral worldview assumes human freedom and makes harmonious change possible. Moral law proposes solutions that work in union with human nature, not against it. Christian charity works toward ordering society and helping the needy.

When the issue is framed in moral terms, as it should be, the riot-makers will always lose. They avoid this. They fear the moral reawakening of an America that will call upon God and seal their defeat.

Statements by the French ecological leader Nicolas Hulot to the leftist Parisian daily Le Monde confirm that radical ecologists are positioning themselves to profit from the economic and social crisis caused by COVID-19.

 

Those unfamiliar with French politics may not know Hulot. However, opinion polls show him to be the public figure who enjoys the highest level of popularity in France.

 

After working as a press photographer and journalist, Hulot became a well-known figure in every household for his television program Ushuaïa, which featured extreme sports and beautiful landscapes. He later capitalized on the sympathies raised by his program and entered into partnerships with large companies and the leading television channel to launch the Foundation for Nature and Man. Today, it is called the Nicolas Hulot Foundation and is dedicated to combating “climate change.”

 

 

As the candidate of the Europe Ecology-The Greens party, he failed to win the 2012 presidential election. President Macron offered him the Ministry of Ecological and Solidary Transition, which he held between May 2017 and August 2018. He later resigned the post, alleging that ecology was not a government priority. While holding no political office, he remains a prominent figure in debates about environmental issues. He does not hide his ambitions for the 2022 presidential elections.

 

From atop his watchtower, Nicolas Hulot feels that the panic around Covid-19 creates the opportunity to make radical proposals to influence public decisions that will shape the emerging “new normal.” He believes the present crisis “renders proposals acceptable that until now seemed entirely unattainable.” It is now possible “to create a virtuous circle between citizen sentiment and political action.”

 

Le Monde gave a title to the lengthy interview that expresses the psychological changes the author expects in the post-coronavirus scenario: “Nicolas Hulot: ‘The World Afterward Will Be Radically Different from Today—Willingly or by Force.’”

 

Like Pope Francis, he maintains that the coronavirus health crisis is rooted in the ecological disturbances wrought by excessive production and consumption. It is a reprisal. He complains that the climate crisis presents the “catastrophic scenario” of a “systemic crisis” that, combined with others, can “cause chaos.” However, it is treated with “homeopathic doses” that are not “one-fourth of the solutions adopted against the coronavirus.”

 

Thus, Hulot maintains that “society, which has accepted to forego fundamental freedoms without flinching, dreams of regaining confidence in the future, and it must do things in a big way.” He adds: “We are in a radical situation; I will not settle for non-radical measures. That wouldn’t do any good.”

The environmental leader claims “the welfare state is back,” but a similar concrete ecological compensation must be demanded. This financial aid must be comparable to the funds available to companies to save them from bankruptcy.

 

People must change their behavior: “For example, you can no longer take a plane or buy a product through Amazon from the end of the world that arrives in 24 hours. Should those who can afford it, buy solid cars or SUVs? I hope not. Will you find out of season food products in stores? No. Supply and consumption will have to change quickly.”

To favor this change, he calls for low taxes on “ecologically and socially virtuous goods and services,” and penalizing “toxic goods” with punitive taxes. “Local currencies” will allow local authorities to help the most underprivileged.

The interview includes a manifesto with “100 Principles for a New World.”¹ Each one begins with the refrain, “the time has come…” Below are some of the most significant statements, ordered by themes. While based on the myth of “noble savage,” their ultimate goal is self-managing tribal life, as Plinio Corrêa de Oliveira denounced in his prophetic study, Indian Tribalism: the Communist-Missionary Ideal for Brazil in the Twenty-First Century.

 

The utopia of a new world – “The time has come, together, to lay the first stones of a new world” / “to frantically open up new paths” / “to believe that another world is possible / to change the paradigm.”

 

Themes about Changing Principles – “The time has come … for a new way of thinking” / “to be free from dogmas” / “to get rid of our individual and collective mental conditioning” / “to create a conscience lobby.”

 

Toward a frugal lifestyle – “The time has come … to free ourselves from our consumerist addictions.” / “to learn how to live more simply” / “to understand all the ecological, climatic, social, economic, and health crises as a single crisis: a crisis of excess.”

 

Imitating the tribal life of Aborigines – “The time has come… to recognize plural humanity” / “to cultivate difference” / “to listen to aboriginal peoples” / “to bind our ‘I’ to the ‘we.’” / “to create bonds.”

The world of tomorrow will be radically different if panicked humanity is carried away by Nicolas Hulot’s ecological dream. If humanity rejects his dream, it will have to fight so that it will not be imposed by force.

The horrible choking death on May 25 of black American George Floyd by white former Minneapolis policeman Derek Chauvin caused universal outrage across the American political spectrum. Conservatives no less than liberals called for Chauvin to be charged with murder. The Hennepin County, Minnesota attorney is charging Chauvin—who kept Floyd in a chokehold on the ground for nearly nine minutes while he begged for air—with second-degree murder. He will likely spend a long time behind bars.

Derek Chauvin’s murder of George Floyd was a clear example of police abuse. Corrupt and abusive cops, while rare, are as old as crime itself. Chauvin had a record of abuse complaints and should have been fired long before. Although nothing can bring George Floyd back, the circumstances of his tragic death and its video recording on social media produced a widespread consensus on the need to implement reforms to prevent such deaths in the future.

 

Peaceful demonstrations in honor of Floyd and against police abuse quickly gathered in Minneapolis and elsewhere. But within forty-eight hours, criminals and professional far-left Antifa agitators—with valuable help from the media and progressive politicians—weaponized the emotion over George Floyd to push a Marxist political agenda.

Socialist-turned-conservative David Horowitz likes to quote a saying used by members of the sixties far-left activist group Students for a Democratic Society (SDS): “The issue is never the issue. The issue is always the revolution.” No matter what issue they were fighting about—education, housing, police abuse or racial conflict—it was a mere pretext to hide their radical goal: a communist revolution in America. While most Americans were debating the merits of the issue itself, SDS and other radical leftists were framing the debate, inflaming emotions, neutralizing opponents, and weaponizing it in order to overthrow American institutions and destroy society.

SDS’s twenty-first century descendants, Black Lives Matter (BLM) and Antifa, have done the same thing with the appalling and tragic death of George Floyd. Like SDS in the sixties, Antifa uses highly emotional issues to inflame class and racial conflict as much as possible. Such conflict, they believe, is necessary for the overthrow of society and the victory of the socialist revolution.

 

The last thing that Antifa and their allies want is to solve the issue. They knew very well that violence and looting are destroying not only shops and cars but any chance to pass meaningful reform. By inflaming class and racial struggle, they hope to fracture the country and impose a socialist revolution.

Central to their propaganda is the idea that America is a “racist” country. Our institutions are intrinsically tainted with “racism” against blacks and other racial minorities. “White supremacy,” they claim, is not only oppressing black people but killing them in a “genocide.” Police are one of the main tools of this “white supremacy.” Progressives claim that “racist” police departments are “hunting” black people in an “epidemic” of violence.

Such a narrative is a lie, of course. The facts show a very different story. According to the FBI, black Americans (who are 13% of the U.S. population) commit fifty-two percent of all homicides in the United States. Black Americans are seven times more likely to commit a homicide than whites and six times more likely to be a victim. Ninety-three percent of black victims of homicide were killed not by whites or by police, but by other black Americans. Sixty-two percent of black homicides are drug related and 40% are gang related.

What about deaths at the hands of police? Aren’t they killing racial minorities at unprecedented rates? As Heather MacDonald points out in The Wall Street Journal, this accusation is a myth. In 2019, police killed 1,004 people in the United States, of whom 235 were black. Police also fatally shot nine unarmed blacks and nineteen unarmed whites that year. In 2018, there were a total of 7,407 black homicide victims. Assuming the same numbers for 2019, that means those nine unarmed blacks represent only 0.1% of all black homicide deaths last year.

 

Ironically, police are 18½ times more likely to be killed by a black male than an unarmed black male is by a police officer. In addition, a 2015 study by the Department of Justice found that black and Hispanic police officers in Philadelphia were more likely to shoot unarmed black suspects than a white police officer.

 

While every death—black or white—is a terrible tragedy, black deaths by police are very rare compared to the vast numbers killed every day by other blacks. Happily, the homicide rate for all races has plummeted dramatically in recent decades. The overall number of murders fell from 10.2 per 100,000 population in 1980 to 4.6 in 2010, nearly an all-time low.

Like the Russia “collusion” investigation, the Brett Kavanaugh hearings, impeachment, and now the George Floyd riots and looting, the issue is not really the issue. Subversives such as Antifa and their media enablers want to hijack the legitimate demand to reform in order to incite racial hatred, fracture the country and impose a political revolution on America. They see it as the best way for socialism to finally triumph in America “by any means necessary.”

Freewill is, “For GOD so Loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life!” John 3:16 “…that if you believe in your heart and confess with your mouth, that JESUS CHRIST is LORD, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9

 

In today’s societies there is a lot of talk about free will or freedom of choice; what everybody understands about that is that they can do what they want, and nobody can make them do what they do not want to do. Freewill is all about me and what I choose to believe (true or not) and how I choose to live my life (good or evil – there is not neutral life).

 

Those who know GOD and know The Bible understand that all people are created by GOD in Adam (Eve was not created out of the earth but was separated out of Adam who was created male and female). That GOD forms every human conceived in their mother’s womb and calls and gifts them for His purposes (Will). Therefore every person is equal before GOD and should be before other humans.

 

As we grow, are taught and experience life we make decisions on how we are going to live our life. This is where freewill comes in, we either choose to obey GOD or disobey GOD, there is no neutral choice!

 

There are some who believe in predestination that is that every event of our live is predetermined and that our free will is to love GOD or hate GOD. This does not agree with The Bible that teaches us that everyone can be saved by believing in JESUS CHRIST. Predestination as The Bible teaches is that everyone who chooses can be saved because GOD calls us from our mother’s womb to be saved through JESUS CHRIST!

 

So what is freewill? It is the ability to love and serve GOD out of recognition that we are unable to live our life in a manner that pleases GOD or to live our life not caring about pleasing GOD.

 

We also know from The Bible that GOD chooses some people to show His power and glory through their disobedience: Esau the twin brother of Jacob, Pharaoh in the time of Moses, Judas who betrayed JESUS. Why we ask, that’s GOD’s business!

 

If everyone is born to be saved why do so many not believe and therefore go to hell (which was created for the devil and the fallen angels)? There is a clear teaching in the Bible that most forget, everyone will be judged according to how they lived, our lives are recorded in GOD’s books. Those who lived before CHRIST was born could not be saved by faith in Him or the promise of His birth and death as revealed throughout history. They had to wait until He came to hell to preach to them The Gospel!

 

Since CHRIST lived and died many thousands of people have lived their lives and never heard of JESUS so how are they saved? They are judged according to how they have lived their life as recorded in GOD’s books.

 

Another aspect of judgment is what JESUS said about The Lamb’s Book of Life. JESUS’ teaching about this are pretty much ignored because they do not support the most common teachings about predestination and once saved always saved. Once saved always saved in another teaching that is not supported by The Bible. JESUS talks about removing people’s names from the Lambs Book of Life!

 

Here is what I believe: when a person is conceived and GOD makes them a living spirit our eternal name is written in The Lamb’s Book of Life. At our death we are judged according to how we lived our life from GOD’s books. If by our life choices we have rejected GOD and His truths that are evident in all creation to all people then our name has been removed from The Lamb’s Book of Life.

 

Remember that JESUS told the 70 disciples when they returned from their training mission, not to rejoice in their new authority over demons but that their names were written in the Book of Life in Heaven! JESUS had not yet been murdered and shed His Blood to wash away our sins! He had not yet become sin for us (at which point He had defeated temptation and sin)! He had not yet taken our punishment for sin! He had not yet preached liberty to the captives and led them to freedom! He had not yet risen from the grave in new Life by the Power of The SPIRIT (at which point He had now defeated death and hell and taken the keys to their kingdoms)! He had not yet ascended to The Father’s Right Hand! The Father had not yet sent His SPIRIT to live in us! So how were their names written in the Book of Life. They were written in the Book of Life when they were conceived, just as every person’s name is, our eternal name that only GOD knows!

 

If you have issues with what I am teaching let me ask you: do you believe about The Bible what others teach or do you believe The Bible from what you have learned. You have not learned if you only believe what others (including myself) teach. If you do not read The Bible daily, do word and subject studies using Bible tools such as multiple versions, Bible dictionaries, concordances,  commentaries as well as other’s teachings; meditating on what you are reading and studying and asking GOD’s SPIRIT to teach you then you can easily be taught and believe a lie or half truth. That can be eternally fatal according to JESUS’ teachings.

 

Oswald Chambers said about 1 Corinthians 6:20, “For you were bought with a price; therefore glorify GOD in your body and in your spirit, which are GOD’s.” “Never consider whether you are of use; but always consider that you are not your own but His.”

 

Every human will be judged by GOD according to truth because GOD is Truth and there is no other source of truth. Whether we have ever heard of JESUS and The Bible or not we all are exposed to GOD through His creation and the truth about Him and us that it reveals.
