:1 Therefore holy brethren (1 Peter 1:13-16, [13] says “Brace your minds for action…” TLV), partakers of the Heavenly Calling (Hebrews 11:13-16, 2 Peter 1:10), consider the Apostle (Emissary) and High Priest of our confession, CHRIST JESUS (Hebrews 2:17),

 

:2 Who was Faithful to Him (GOD) Who appointed Him (1 Peter 1:17-21), as Moses also was faithful in all his house (Numbers 12:6-8).

 

:3 For this One (JESUS) has been counted Worthy of more Glory that Moses, in as much as He Who built the house has more honor than the house (John 14:1-3) (GOD gave life to Moses and called him to lead Israel out of bondage, but JESUS is Life (John 1:1-4, 1 John 5:11-12) and The redeemer of the world (John 3:16)).

 

:4 For every house is built by someone, but He Who built all things is GOD (Genesis 1, Revelation 4:11).

 

:5 And Moses indeed was faithful in all His House as a servant (Exodus 14:30-31), for a testimony of those things which would be spoken afterward (1 Corinthians 10:1-14),

 

:6 but CHRIST as a Son (Matthew 3:16-17) over His Own House (John 2:13-17, 14:1-3), Whose House we are (1 Corinthians 3:16-17, 1 Timothy 3:15, 1 Peter 2 :4-8) if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of The Hope firm to the end (Matthew 10:22; “to the one who overcomes…” Revelation 2 & 3).

 

:7-11 Therefore, as The Holy SPIRIT says (Acts 1:16, 13:1-3): “Today if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion, in the day of trial in the wilderness, where your fathers tested Me, tried Me, and saw My Works forty years. Therefore I was angry with that generation, and said, ‘they always go astray in their heart, and they have not known My Ways, So I swore in My Wrath, “They shall not enter My Rest (Psalm 95:7-11).”’”

 

:12 Beware, brethren, least there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living GOD (Romans 12:21, 2 Timothy 2:9-10, 3 John :9-11);

 

:13 but exhort (encourage) one another daily, while it is called “Today,” (2 Corinthians 6:2) lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin (James 1:14-16 LSD).

 

:14 For we have become partakers of CHRIST (John 15:1-17) if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end (Mark 13:13),

 

:15 while it is said: “Today if you will hear His voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion (Psalm 95:7-8).”

 

:16 For who, having heard, rebelled? Indeed, was it not all who came out of Egypt, led by Moses (Numbers 14:2, 11, 30, Deuteronomy 1:35-38)?

 

:17 Now with whom was He angry forty years (Deuteronomy 1:34-38)? Was it not those who sinned, whose corpses fell in the wilderness?

 

:18 And to whom did He swear that they would not enter into His rest, but to those who did not obey (Numbers 14:26-30)?

 

:19 So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief (Psalm 78, 1 Corinthians 10:11-12 [10:1-15]).

:1 Therefore we must give all the more careful attention to the things we have heard, lest we drift away (Mark 4:13-25, John 17:6-19, “Steward the Spoken and Written Word of GOD” Robert Morris, 1 Timothy 1:3-7, 2 Peter 1:12-16).

 

:2 For if The Word spoken through angels proved steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just retribution (Genesis19 the judgment of Sodom, Acts 7:51-53, Galatians 3:19, Jude :5-6),

 

:3 how shall we escape if we neglect so Great a Salvation (Revelation 20:14-15), which at the first began to be spoken by The LORD and was confirmed to us by those who heard Him (John 3:22-24, 4:1-3, Mark 1:14-15, 1 John 1:1-5),

 

:4 GOD also bearing witness both with signs and wonders (Matthew 17:5, John 12:27-28, Acts 10:34-43, 1 Corinthians 1:22-25), with various miracles (Matthew 4:23-25), and gifts of The Holy SPIRIT (1 Corinthians 12, Ephesians 4:8), according to His Own Will (Romans 8:28, Revelation 4:11)?

 

:5 For He has not put the world to come (2 Peter 3:10-13, Revelation 20:12-15, 21), of which we speak, in subjection to angels (Revelation 22:8-9).

 

:6-8 But one testified in a certain place, saying: “What is man that You are mindful of him? Or the son of man that You take care of him? You have made him, for a little while lower than the angels (Psalm 8); You have crowned him with Glory and Honor (James 1:12) and set him over the Works of Your hands. You have put all things in subjection under his feet (Genesis 1:28).” For in that He put all in subjection under him, He left nothing that is not put under him. But now we do not see all things put under him (Genesis 3:17-19).

 

:9 But we see JESUS, Who was made a little lower than the angels for a little while (Philippians 2:5-11), for the suffering of death crowned with Glory and Honor (Matthew 28:18, Acts 3:13-15, 1 Peter 1:20-21), that He, by The Grace of GOD, might taste death for everyone (Isaiah 53:12).

 

:10 For it was fitting for Him, for Whom are all things (Colossians 1:15-18) and by Whom are all things (John 1:1-5), in bringing many sons to Glory, to make the captain of their Salvation perfect through sufferings (Hebrews 5:7-9).

 

:11 For both He Who Sanctified (sets apart) and those who are being sanctified are all of one (John 17:19-23), for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren (Matthew 25:40, John 20:17),

 

:12-13 saying: “I will declare Your Name to My brethren; in the midst of the assembly I will sing praise to You (Psalm 22:22, Hebrews 13:15).” And again: “I will put my trust in Him (Psalm 91:1-2).” And Again: “Here Am I and the children You have given Me (Isaiah 8:18, John 17:12).”

 

:14 Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same (John 1:14), that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death (Romans 5:21, 1 Corinthians 15:57, 2 Corinthians 5:21, Colossians 2:14-15), that is the devil (Revelation 1:18, 12:7-11),

 

:15 And release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage (Isaiah 61:1-3, 2 Timothy 1:7, Romans 8:14-17).

 

:16 For indeed He does not give aid to (Or take on the nature of) angels, but He does give aid to (Or take on) the seed (children) of Abraham (Because of His Covenants with Abraham).

 

:17 Therefore in all things He had to be made like His brethren (Philippians 2:5-8), that He might be a Merciful and Faithful High Priest (Hebrews 4:15) in things pertaining to GOD, to make propitiation (sanctification, appeasement, expiation, reconciliation) for the sins of the people (Romans 3:21-26, 1 John 2:2).

 

:18 For in that He himself has suffered, being tempted (Mark 1:12-13, Hebrews 4:15-16), He is able to aid those who are tempted (1 Corinthians 10:13-14, Philippians 3:7-11).

The Sovereignty Of GOD!

 

Sovereignty = One possessing the supreme power and authority in a state.

Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary And Thesaurus, Merriam-Webster, 2006

 

In the state of existence that is YHVH!

 

The first Words of The Bible demonstrate GOD’s Sovereignty, “In the beginning GOD created…” That should end the discussion with anyone who believes there is only one GOD.

 

Genesis 1 – Creation

Proverbs 8:22-36 Creation and The Spirit of Wisdom

Psalm 139 – GOD is Omniscient – He creates, calls, gifts and writes out our days in our mother’s womb

Isaiah 55 – GOD wants us to find Him and know Him

Matthew 1 \ JESUS genealogy and conceived by The SPIRIT of GOD

Luke 1          / JESUS announced to the world as The Savior of the world

Revelation 1 – Who JESUS is

Revelation 20 – What GOD Does – Millennial Reign of CHRIST, White Throne Judgment

 

What else did GOD do that no other god could or has done?

He knew that mankind, made in His image would sin and need redeeming even before He created the earth and humanity so He ordained the birth, life, death, resurrection and ascension of JESUS CHRIST to the minute detail and revealed it to His servants before any of it happened. 1 Peter 1:18-21

He revealed His plans for the Last Days even before JESUS’ Life and then let JESUS reveal it in detail to John so that we would be prepared.

 

GOD never defends Himself but He does describe Himself: JEHOVAH…

“Moreover He said, ‘I AM The GOD of your father-The GOD of Abraham, The GOD of Isaac, and The God of Jacob.’ And Moses hid his face because he was afraid to look upon GOD.” Exodus 3:6

“Hear Israel: The LORD our GOD, The LORD is One!” Deuteronomy 6:4

“For by Grace you have been Saved through Faith, and that not of yourselves, it is a Gift of GOD.” Ephesians 2:1-10

Christians have One GOD – Ephesians 4:4-8

Revelation 4:9-11

 

If we believe YHVH (JEHOVAH) is GOD then we have to stop questioning Him and we have to answer people who say something like, “If He’s a Loving GOD, how can He…?” with

“Because He is GOD and He made everything and created all life, He can do what He wants according to His Will. If you study The Bible you can understand that.” And “What other god is all Love and Peace?”

There are none because they are all demonic or made up by human thought.

 

“Whatever GOD pleases, He does, in heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps!” Psalm 135:6 Study Psalm 135 and 136.

Introduction

Although the King James Version uses the title “The Epistle of Paul the Apostle to the Hebrews,” there is no early manuscript evidence to support it. The oldest and most reliable title is simply Pro Ebraious, “To Hebrews.” *

 

The letter to the Hebrews – though the title is not original to the book – is written to Jewish believers to YESHUA of the first century, as we can tell from the content. At one time the author, who is not named, was thought to be Paul; but scholars today agree that the author is unknown. Whoever he is, he is thoroughly skilled in his handling of the Greek language, the Septuagint, and Jewish thought – particularly with reference to the Temple service. The date, though not firmly known, appears to be before 70 CE. We can conclude this from remarks that the Old Covenant is “close to vanishing” (8:13) and the question “Would they not have ceased to be offered?” (10:2), which suggests that the Temple sacrificial system was still operative. More important than the author or date is the situation of the Jewish believers being addressed. Despite their maturity and sophistication, some were on the road to abandoning their faith altogether and returning to a Judaism minus YESHUA. They were being treated as outsiders or even traitors to the Jewish people (13:13) and undergoing trials and persecution (12:3, 7) – though apparently no one had become a martyr (12:4). Others were following strange teachings (13:9) and had even stopped meeting with other believers for worship (10:25). But returning to traditional Judaism would also mean laying aside the faith that YESHUA had opened a way into the Heavenly Sanctuary, allowing for direct access to GOD and face-to-face prayer (10:19-22).

The author of Hebrews is quite concerned for the faith of these Jewish followers of YESHUA. Much of the letter is given to showing that YESHUA, The Incarnate GOD of Israel Himself, is Greater than anyone else – greater than the angels, greater than Moses, the bringer of a Greater Covenant with a Greater Priesthood than before and a Greater Sacrifice that fully Atones for our sins. Since this is true, abandoning YESHUA is equivalent to turning away from The GOD of Israel. Along with the emphasis on YESHUA come several passages, illustrated from The TANAKH, warning that turning from trust in YESHUA will bring consequences. But the author wants to encourage, not scold. He points in chapter 11 to a “hall of faith” of Jewish heroes who followed GOD in spite of obstacles and even persecution, setting an example for us today. To those who persevere a Sabbath-rest with The LORD is promised (4:8-10). And how does perseverance come? By “focusing on YESHUA, The Initiator and Perfecter of faith” (12:2). Amen! **

:1 GOD Who many times and in different ways (directly, visions, and dreams) in the past spoke to the fathers (patriarchs, judges kings, Apostles and others) by the prophets,

 

:2 now has spoken to us by His Son (Matthew 7:24-29, John 8:31-32), Who He has appointed Heir of all things (spiritual, natural and time), through Whom He made the worlds (the galaxy) (Genesis 1, John 1:1-4).

 

:3 Who Being The Express Image (2 Corinthians 4:4) of His Person, and upholding (Colossians 1:17) all things by The Word of His Power (Matthew 22:29, 9:6, Luke 23:34, John 20:21-23), when JESUS had cleansed us of our sins (Hebrews 7:26-27, 1 John 2:1-2), sat down at the right hand of The Majesty on High (Luke 22:69),

 

:4 having become so much better than the angels, as He has by inheritance (Romans 8:16-17) obtained a more excellent Name than they (Philippians 2:9-10).

 

:5 For to which of the angels did GOD ever say: “You are My Son. Today I have begotten You.”? (Psalm 2:7) And again: “I will be to Him a Father, and He shall be to Me a Son.”? (Luke 3:21-22)

 

:6 But when He brings The Firstborn into the world, He says: “Let all the angels of GOD worship Him.” (Luke 2:8-14, Psalm 103:19-22, 148:1-5)

 

:7 And of the angels He says: “Who makes His angels spirits and His ministers a flame of fire.” (Psalm 104:1-4)

 

:8-9 But to The Son He says: “Your Throne, O GOD, is forever and ever; a Scepter of Righteousness is The Scepter of Your Kingdom. You have Loved Righteousness; therefore GOD, Your GOD has Anointed You with The Oil of Gladness more than Your companions.” (Psalm 45:6-7, Proverbs 15:9, Zephaniah 3:17)

 

:10 And: “You LORD, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the work of Your hands.” (Genesis 1, John 1:1-4, Psalm 102:25, Proverbs 8:12,22-28)

 

:11-12 “They will perish, but you remain (Matthew 5:17-18); and they will all grow old like a garment; like a cloak You will fold them up, and they will be changed (Isaiah 34:4, Revelation 6:13-14, Isaiah 51:6). But you are the same, and Your years will not fail.” (Revelation 1:8, Hebrews 13:8),

 

:13 But to which of the angels has He ever said: “Sit at My right hand until I make Your enemies Your footstool.”? (Psalm 110:12, Matthew 22:44, 1 Corinthians 15:27-28)

 

:14 Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit Salvation? (Psalm 91:11-12, 103:20-21, Revelation 19:9-10)

Dream 07-24-2024

 

I woke up about 5:25 AM from my dream, I was with people in a public place and I sat down and heard a crack, I knew it was my cell phone in my rear pocket, I pulled it out and sure enough it was cracked in about the middle, but it still came on. Next I was at a place like when I worked at Qualcomm and Kyocera Wireless, I was talking with people in my dream I knew I had worked with (but awake I do not remember any of those people) we were talking about fixing my phone (my current phone is not a Kyocera phone) and then about people we had worked with, especially one who had been a manager.

 

Then we were outside on a large campus, like a University campus, heading inside. On the way we crossed a street and a crowd of people were talking as they were leaving a meeting. I saw and greeted a couple of people I knew, no one stopped to talk they all kept going in the direction of leaving the area; one I shook hands with and he made a comment about me collecting rent (I collect rents for my son Greg’s rentals) but he did not stop walking, they were all going the opposite direction we were going.

Then we were inside a building foyer and we saw George Runyan, Charlene was now with me (in my dream she always was there just not prominent) and we greeted him. He was in a hurry, but he was heading deeper into the building as we talked. We headed downstairs and he was talking about fixing the sound system, it was garbled, he thought it was a new issue, but Charlene and I both knew that it had been like that for quite a while. Then he was gone in the crowd of people and Charlene and I were heading back upstairs. The going was slow and Charlene was bowed over going up in front of me, I did not know why she was bowed over, I was in a hurry and thought about crossing over and using a different stairway.

As I was looking across and thinking about that I thought of being like a Muslim and holding a burning candle of “dowd” which is the name of the oldest son of a Pakistani Christian family I know who live in Pakistan.

 

As I thought about Dawood I woke up. I prayed for Charlene, George, Dawood and everyone in my dream.

 

Just as I finished this report, Dawood’s mother, Esther, called me from Pakistan, she had burned her hand cooking, her husband Farooq has a problem with one of his feet and Dawood was slightly injured in an accident but was recovering. Farooq is seeking to go to Canada for work and ministry and Dawood is studying to be a Missionary Doctor, he has one more year in his studies in Pakistan then he wants to transfer to the USA or Europe to finish his medical studies.

 

George Runyan was my first Pastor and under George, Charlene and I grew in faith and ministry for about 25 years. He was in electronic repair for many years and is a Ham radio operator.

 

Interpretation?

 

In the first part of my dream, I often dream about people and places where I worked; for 20 years in the automotive industry and 11 years in the wireless manufacturing industry.

 

In the second part of my dream where everyone was leaving a meeting and no one would stop to talk, I felt like they all were going in the wrong direction.

 

With George, he was going to do what he thought needed to be done, but he did not know the full context of the situation.

 

Charlene’s slow progress up the stairs while being bowed over seems to be the burdens she carries about others and about being accepted and recognized for her contributions. Her progression is resisted because she cannot let go of the past and see The LORD’s purpose for the present.

 

With Dawood and his family I did not know what the problem was until his mother called, she shared about what was going on with them and I prayed for them. Then she asked about Charlene, our daughter and grandson, and our son and grandson.

Peace In Jerusalem?

 

Peace In Jerusalem?

 

When you see Peace in Jerusalem and Israel, then we have entered the last 7 years of human rule over the earth. It is the beginning of the reign of the anti-christ that culminates with the 1000 year Reign of JESUS The CHRIST over the nations of the earth. Which culminates with the end of the natural world and starts the Eternal Reign of GOD over the New Heaven and New earth.

 

Are you prepared for the 7 years of tribulation? Actually, they will start off very mild! A one world system (government) will rise up and save the world from wars and famine bringing peace to Israel for the first time since they reformed as a nation in 1948.

 

This worldwide system will have 7 main leaders who will rule over the earth that is divided into ten regions. Out of these will arise 1 who is the head over all – the anti-christ, and he will promote a religious leader – the false prophet, to run the one world religion. During this last 3 ½ years everything is going to go bad for those who resist the one world government and its supreme ruler; especially for true Christians.

 

The other sign that we are entering the last 3 ½ years of the Great Tribulation is GOD’s 2 witnesses (literally a judicial witness or by analogy a martyr, a record, a witness) also called olive trees and lampstands which symbolize fruitfulness and light; who stand in Jerusalem prophesying and causing there to be no rain during the time they are prophesying and causing water to turn into blood. At the end of the 3 ½ years the devil kills them and after 3 ½ days they rise form death and ascend to Heaven (Revelation 11:1-14)

 

Sorry, for those Christians who have been taught and believe that they will be rescued (raptured) at the beginning of the Great Tribulation (please read the Bible for yourself) the rapture comes at the sound of the seventh (last) trumpet (Matthew 24:29-31 & :32-51, 1 Corinthians 15:50-58, Revelation 11:15-19, 14:14-20) , just before the wrath of GOD is poured out on the earth (Revelation 15-16), that is what we are rescued (raptured) from.
