Covid-19 Testimony

The Covid-19 Truth According to Bob

The reality of Covid-19, the china virus, is that until every American has been exposed and either contracted or not the virus will not decrease!

Of the over 8 million Americans who have tested positive with the china virus many more have been exposed. They say that for every positive test there are about 5 other people who have been exposed and most of them do not get sick or have symptoms so minor that they do not need any treatment.

Also of the over 8 million Americans who have tested positive for the china virus over 7 million have recovered. The 250,000 Americans who have died from the china virus; and that is a tragic number of people; is 3.1 percent of those who tested positive. That means that over 92 percent of those who tested positive have recovered.

Covid-19 is dangerous but it is not to be feared, we have to be careful but we also have to live our lives normally.

Our personal example: Our son who is a 55 year old medical technician in good health, got the virus. He knew he had been exposed at work and when he started developing symptoms he was tested and went into personal lockdown. He was unable to do anything for a week. We got him hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin and he started breathing better within an hour. He stayed home for two more weeks, then he tested negative and was able to return to work. My 76 year old wife and his 17 year old son and I all live with him. None of us got sick and my wife was tested twice during the month long period. Several others (2 ER doctors and several nurses and techs) at the hospital where our son works have also tested positive during this pandemic, including a nurse this past week. None of them have died, one doctor, an older man will have to retire because of the damage to his lungs, but they have all recovered. A couple of patients have died but most have recovered.

This is the reality of live with the china virus until we are all exposed and there is a vaccine that actually prevents it.

Be careful, be safe but don’t be afraid.

GOD Loves you, GOD Bless you,

Bob

True and Truth!

True and Truth!

What are true and truth?

True: adj; consistent with fact or reality, not false or erroneous. adv; in accord with reality, fact or truthfulness. tr.v; to position (something) so as to make it balanced, level or square. n; truth or reality, used with the.

Truth: n; conformity to fact or actuality.*

So true is an action or descriptive of an action, such as, the world tells us “to be true to yourself”. Which means do what we want for our own goals and happiness, no matter how it affects other people. As a Christian what does it mean to be true? The Bible teaches us that GOD is True, the Bible teaches that GOD cannot tell a lie, that there is no deception in Him and everything He says and does is true to Himself and His purpose for all of His creation. The Bible describes it as “with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning”. The Bible teaches us “let GOD be True but everyman a liar”. So for us to be true we have to first know GOD and His purpose for His creation and us individually; because GOD is True and therefore we have to be true to GOD above everything else, even our ownself. This is why JESUS taught us to “seek first The Kingdom of GOD and His Righteousness,” then everything we need will be provided according to GOD’s purpose and timing. That is why JESUS taught us to “store up treasure in Heaven” by doing as He did. JESUS only said and did what He saw The Father say and do.

What is true never changes and the only thing that never changes is GOD and His purposes (will), that is why JESUS taught us to pray “Our Father in Heaven, Holy is Your Name, Your Kingdom come, Your Will be done in the earth as it is in Heaven”. So to be true we have to be true to GOD who is True.

JESUS said that “if you know The Truth, The Truth will set you free”, what is The Truth? GOD! GOD is omniscient, He knows everything that has happened, is happening right now and that will happen because He is all knowing and He has ordained (willed) it. When Pilate asked JESUS, “What is truth?” he truly did not know and he truly did not want to know, his statement was critical and satirical based on his life’s experiences. In this world and in our life there is only one source of truth and that is GOD and His Word The Bible!

To be true to ourself we have to know The Truth-GOD! To be set free by The Truth we have to have a personal relationship with Him through JESUS CHRIST. To know the Truth you have to know Him who is The Truth. To know Him who is The Truth you have to have a personal relationship with Him. Just like to truly know anybody you have to have a personal relationship with them. That is done by being born again, confessing by trust that JESUS is the savior of humanity (yourself) and The Head of His Body in the earth, The Church. Then His HOLY SPIRIT comes to live in you and to teach you everything you need to know about JESUS through GOD’s Word The Bible!

How The White House is Seeking Justice for Native Americans by Rose Dunleavy

From: U.S. News and World Report

How the White House Is Seeking Justice for Native Americans

Indigenous communities have long been plagued by violence and poverty. The White House is working to change that.

By Rose Dunleavy, ContributorOct. 19, 2020, at 2:32 p.m.

Rose Dunleavy is the first lady of the state of Alaska. She was born in the Northwest Arctic.

ON SEPT. 14, 2018, Ashley Johnson-Barr's body was discovered just outside the Inupiat community of Kotzebue, Alaska. For eight days, the smiling 10-year-old's missing person's case had dominated the state's news coverage. Having grown up just 25 minutes from Kotz myself, the news of her murder was devastating.

While her killer was caught, justice remains out of reach for so many Indigenous victims of violence. For every Ashley, scores of families are left to wonder if their mother or daughter will ever be found or their killer apprehended. From Wyoming's Wind River Country to members of Canada's First Nations, the crisis of violence against Indigenous women and girls transcends state and national borders. Here in our own country, presidents of both parties have tried and failed to find lasting solutions.

To his credit, President Donald Trump has remained committed to our cause. The U.S. Department of Justice, for example, recently awarded over $560 million in grants to support public safety, crime victims and youth programs in tribal communities.

When Attorney General William Barr visited rural Alaska last year, he took our concerns seriously, joining our efforts by declaring a public safety emergency and devoting tens of millions of dollars to combating crime and assisting victims.

More importantly, he took our plight to the president, who responded by creating Operation Lady Justice, a historic nationwide effort to bring justice to missing and murdered Indigenous people. The job of the task force is to develop protocols to handle unsolved missing or murdered persons cases, and to provide closure to the many families who have gone without it for far too long.

This summer, the task force accomplished a major milestone with the opening of a cold case office in Anchorage, Alaska. This new office joins five existing Operation Lady Justice offices in ArizonaMontana and several other important locations. These are tangible resources that represent a long-term commitment to our nation's first peoples.

The president also has called for much-needed reforms to the Indian Health Service. This year, First Lady Melania Trump was briefed on a White House task force's recommendations for eliminating child abuse in a system that serves 2.6 million Native Americans and Alaska Natives.

The task force's 10 recommendations range from annual awareness training conducted by child welfare experts to withholding pay from retired employees convicted of exploiting children. The administration stands ready to implement these common sense solutions to ensure the terrible abuses seen in the past are never repeated.

But the health of our native communities requires more than simply solving cold cases and preventing crimes. In one county that's part of the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota, men have a life expectancy of about 63 years. For many Native Americans, economic opportunities are hard to come by. Like the rest of the nation, addictive substances are readily available where jobs are not.

One common theme discussed during the administration's roundtables with tribal interests is the importance of broadband infrastructure in addressing long-standing quality-of-life deficiencies. To that end, the administration hosted the first-ever National Tribal Broadband Summit, the second of which took place last month.

At the U.S. Department of Transportation, the new Tribal Transportation Self-Governance Program will provide tribal governments with more autonomy and less restrictions on how they spend their federal infrastructure dollars. Programs like these offer an important contrast to previous administrations who believed that Native American sovereignty was a gift from the federal government.

I am under no illusions about the difficulty of the challenges we face in rural Alaska or among tribal populations throughout the United States. For 17 years, my father served as the first chairman of the NANA Regional Corp., an organization tasked with creating economic opportunity for the Inupiat people of the Northwest Arctic. I celebrated his successes and shared in his struggles as he fought for a better future for our people. But in the current administration, I see allies: a president who is committed to a long-term partnership between tribal interests and the federal government, and a first lady who understands that poverty and victimization should never be a birthright.

As the mother of three bright young women, this gives me great hope. Between the administration's work and our state's historic efforts to increase public safety and economic opportunity in rural Alaska, I'm confident we can leave behind a safer, more prosperous world for all of our children.

Obamacare's Illusion of Preexisting Condition Protections by Seema Verma (CMS)

Obamacare’s Illusion of Preexisting Condition Protections

By SEEMA VERMA

October 19, 2020 4:04 PM

SEEMA VERMA is administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Prohibitive costs placed coverage outside the reach of everyday Americans, including countless with preexisting conditions.

President Trump’s recent executive order laying out his “America-First Healthcare Plan” makes clear his continued commitment to the long-standing, bipartisan consensus that we should protect people with preexisting conditions. Unfortunately, the previous administration’s attempt to make good on that consensus — Obamacare — has failed to deliver on its promises.

Contrary to the prevailing media narrative, federal health insurance enrollment protections for preexisting conditions long predate Obamacare. Bipartisan legislation passed nearly 25 years ago protects people with preexisting conditions and prior health coverage from having to wait for their condition to be covered when they move to a new job. These protections apply to the 180 million Americans with job-based coverage, who represent roughly 90 percent of everyone with private health coverage.

Obamacare attempted to deliver additional protections for people with preexisting countless with preexisting conditions.

After premiums doubled and even tripled in some states once Obamacare regulations took effect, individual-market coverage became unaffordable and unusable for millions of middle-class and self-employed Americans earning too much to qualify for subsidies. A 60-year-old couple living in Hannibal, Missouri, who earn $70,000 a year faces a $37,000 annual premium for the lowest-cost silver plan — over half their income — and that’s before a staggering $12,000 deductible. For them, there are no protections if they have a preexisting condition. Sadly, Obamacare has failed to protect them.

It’s time the national debate over Obamacare finally confronts this reality. One can support maintaining formal preexisting protections in the individual market — as President Trump has done repeatedly, and has done again in his recent executive order — while honestly confronting the law’s poor track record in making those protections meaningful for real people.

The data bear this out. From 2016 to 2018, 2.5 million unsubsidized enrollees left the individual market. Census data in turn show that the number of uninsured with incomes greater than 400 percent of the federal poverty line — the cutoff point to qualify for federal tax credits — increased by 1.1 million in 2018.

In short, Obamacare created a new class of uninsured — none of whom, of course, have the slightest protection against their preexisting conditions.

The pandemic has underscored just how unaffordable and unattractive Obamacare remains to most Americans. Over the last six months, millions have lost their jobs and with them their health-care coverage. Each and every one of these individuals who held job-based coverage is eligible for enrollment, and many states opened enrollment to anyone who is still uninsured. Still, relatively few have opted for Obamacare thus far.

Americans were promised Obamacare would protect them against discrimination on the basis of preexisting conditions. But when the price of unsubsidized coverage would bankrupt the average middle-class family, the promise of protection rings hollow.

By contrast, no one has done more to protect real people with real preexisting conditions than President Trump. He has not abided by the old, worn-out playbook of simply increasing taxes and spending more taxpayer dollars. Rather, he has addressed the underlying factors that limit access to care and make health care unaffordable in the first place. Under his watch, premiums have gone down for three consecutive years across HealthCare.gov, Medicare Advantage, and Part D health plans, while options have expanded for Americans who rely on these plans.

Moreover, his policies are driving toward a new age of transparency and interoperability where patients have the information they need — including the price of care and their medical records — to make the best health-care decisions with their doctor or to shop for new health-insurance coverage. This information will move us toward a system that increases provider competition and rewards lower-cost care. And that just scratches the surface.

The president’s antagonists are free to oppose his health-care agenda, marked by almost four years of increased patient control, fewer government mandates, and robust competition — an agenda that has delivered results. They are even free to defend the dubious legacy of Obamacare. But they should do so on the basis of fact, not fiction.

Acts 5:1-11

Acts 5:1-11

A few days ago I wrote a paper on John 20:21-23, today as I was reading in Acts 5 I felt that the story of Ananias and Sapphira related to what JESUS told the disciples when He breathed on them His SPIRIT and told them that whoever’s sin they retained or forgave were retained or forgiven.

Peter was not acting out of his own understanding or wisdom but was led by HOLY SPIRIT as he retained the sin of lying to HOLY SPIRIT and the Church of Ananias and Sapphira. Neither Ananias nor Sapphira had a chance to repent.

Now their sin was not in that they kept back part of the money from the sale of their property but that they said that they gave all of the proceeds to the Church when they had not. Peter made it clear that the property and the proceeds from the sale were theirs to do with as they pleased. Their sin was that they lied about how much they sold it for and secretly kept back part of the money.

The sin was not in the money, the sin was in the lie!

This sudden and final judgment created fear in all who heard, believers and non-believers alike. And that was the point of that judgment by HOLY SPIRIT; GOD values honesty and integrity and all believers are called to live by them. GOD is Truth and GOD is True.

Honesty and integrity in the small things of life will give us a reputation in the Church and in society so when we speak of GOD people will know we are telling the truth.

When I was growing up in the 50s and 60s we were told that honesty was the best policy, but I saw many adults who lied and so I learned to lie. After I became a Christian I learned the hard way that honesty was better than lying even though it was not always easy at the beginning of the process.

Not lying is the result of living a life of integrity and living a life of integrity can only come from seeking to serve GOD and do His will with our life.* The Bible is full of examples of people who lived their life with integrity and those who did not live their life with integrity, Proverbs is full of teachings on living a life of integrity before men and GOD. This is why it is important for Believers to read, study and meditate on GOD’s Word The Bible!

*Some people who are not Christians can live a life of honesty and integrity they (even if they do not know it) are living by the Biblical standard. It should make it easier for them to believe the truth about JESUS.

Will To Obey GOD!

Joshua 24:15

“If it seems bad for you to serve ADONAI, than choose today whom you will serve! … As for me and my household, we will serve ADONAI!” CJB

“When GOD gives us a vision of Truth it is never a question of what He will do, but of what we will do. We must exercise our will. We must will to obey.” Oswald Chambers.

For the last 70 years the Modern Church has stopped willing to obey GOD. While some have been willing not many obeyed. Being willing and doing are not the same and doing the works of GOD’s Kingdom rather than His will for us is disobedience!

The Church has let the world take over every aspect of our society and life without any real resistance. Now the world is on the brink of total chaos because the Church has been silent and complacent as they denied and removed GOD from every aspecy of our society and life.

The only cure is for the return of GOD into every aspect of our society and life! How? By our will to obey GOD before anything else!

Fast, pray, speak Truth, vote according to The Bible’s teaching on morality, righteousness, mercy and Truth.

GOD Bless, Bob

John 20:21-23

John 20:21-23

“So JESUS said to them again, ‘Peace be with you. As My Father has sent Me, even so I send you.’ When He said this, He breathed on them and said to them, ‘Receive the HOLY SPIRIT. If you forgive the sins of anyone, they are forgiven them. If you retain the sins of anyone, they are retained.’” This is the moment the disciples, however many were there at the time, became born again!

So after His resurrection JESUS said the most startling thing that He ever said to the disciples; they now had His SPIRIT and they could forgive or not forgive sin! Wow! He said something similar when Peter confessed that JESUS was The Son of GOD, The Messiah, “JESUS answered him, ‘Blessed are you Simon son of Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father, who is in Heaven. And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this Rock I will build My Church, and the gates of hades shall not prevail against it. I will give you the Keys of The Kingdom of Heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in Heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.’” Then during a later time of teaching about sin and reconciliation JESUS told them, “Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in Heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in Heaven.’” Matthew 16:17-19, 18:18 (Matthew 18:15-20) This is tremendous responsibility and power, greater then He gave the twelve and the seventy when He sent them out two by two.

Yet what He tells the disciples after His resurrection seems to contradict what He taught them about forgiveness. After He taught them how to pray, The LORD’s Prayer, He said, “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.” Matthew 6:14-15. He also said the same thing during His last teaching time in Jerusalem before His crucifixion. Mark 11:25-26.

I believe that John 20:21-23 is where some religions get confessing to a priest and being forgiven by penance. But the Bible is clear that GOD’s forgiveness comes by confession to GOD and repentance in behavior. Yet JESUS does say that we can retain someone’s sin. I’m sure that if we read all the commentaries we will find a couple of different explanations, but the responsibility of this requires us to have such a relationship with GOD that we know His heart concerning people who He knows will never repent. Paul spoke of Alexander the coppersmith who did him much harm and said, “May The LORD repay him according to his works. You also must beware of him, for he has greatly resisted our words.” 2 Timothy 4:14-15 John did the same about fallen brothers in 3 John 9-12 stating, “Beloved, do not imitate what is evil, but what is good. He who does good is of GOD, but he who does evil has not seen GOD.” These both were for personal experiences.

There are some in the Church who believe they have the ministry of pointing out other ministers’ sins. There is no such ministry! In fact we are taught throughout the Bible that love covers a multitude of sins.

Here is the tricky part; those who expose others’ sins use Matthew 18:15-17 as the basis for what they do. The problem is that JESUS was speaking of personal offense, see Matthew 5:23-26, all of these scriptures speak of personal relationships though these truths can be applied to groups and businesses. The catch is that JESUS and all the scriptures teach us to not just forgive other but to not judge others.

For those who believe that they are called to point out the faults and sins of other ministers and ministries remember two things:

David would not do anything against King Saul, even when he had the opportunity, because King Saul was GOD’s anointed King; and theirs was a personal relationship.

Paul told the Corinthian Church, “Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.” 1 Corinthians 10:12

A Call to Pray and Fast - Truth and Light vs. Evil and Darkness

Today we are just 20 days away from Halloween, which when I was growing up was a great time of getting candy. Then in the 80’s it became a time to release movies of horror and evil.

We are just 23 days away from the most important election in our history.

Our nation is slowly being taken over by the darkness and evil and it is the Church’s fault. We are supposed to be the Truth and Light against the evil and darkness. But we have not been and so our country is on the verge of sliding into the evil chaos and darkness of anti GOD communism (they call themselves social democrats or socialists).

We, the body of CHRIST, in this nation have to be in prayer and fasting during this time for GOD’s forgiveness and deliverance for our nation.

This next three plus weeks is the most critical time in our history to bring the Will of GOD by our humility, repentance, prayer, fasting and voting GOD’s agenda.

If we want to live in a society where Truth and Light rule rather than evil and darkness it is up to us who call ourselves by His Name.

GOD Bless, Bob

Why Do World Socialists Reject The 1619 Project? by Edwin Benson

Why do World Socialists Reject The 1619 Project?

By Edwin Benson

Conservatives have attacked The New York Times’ 1619 Project as a radical falsification of American history. The project claims that America’s real founding was in 1619 when the first slaves were brought to the colonies. Historians have contested the project’s facts, perspectives and ideology. Many have declared it to be “fake history.”

However, it is strange to see that those on the right are not the only critics of the project. The more classical economic Marxists and Socialists are condemning the project since it fails to fit into their antiquated narrative. The new social radicals care more about race than they do about the means of production. A new revolution has supplanted the old. And these Marxists are left behind.

When are “The Oppressed” No Longer Oppressed?

Thus, the economic Marxists are going after the social Marxists.  Under the title, “The New York Times’s 1619 Project: A Racialist Falsification of American and World History,” the World Socialist Web Site has gone after those whose goal is to make the classroom safe for radicalism.

Marxists have always specialized in creating artificial divisions between “oppressors” and “the oppressed.” More “traditional” Marxists assign oppressor status to the “bourgeoisie.” The oppressed are the “proletariat,” their favored term to describe all laborers. At the same time, the new Marxists consider all white people oppressors of all “people of color,” minorities and women.

One group considers white factory laborers to be abused; the other invests them with “white privilege.” On the other hand, African-Americans and Hispanics who own businesses are considered elite by one group and downtrodden by the other.

It is all very confusing.

Dismissing Critical Race Theory

Consider The 1619 Project’s claim that racism is in the “DNA” of American society. This basic tenet of “Critical Race Theory” is a cornerstone of the rioters’ claims of “systemic racism.” It provides those with tenured positions in America’s ivory towers a chance to claim “solidarity” with the disadvantaged. Members of Congress, big-city mayors, and state legislators use it to claim that the paths to power are closed to them.

The DNA argument enrages economic Marxists. “Countries do not have DNA,” claim the World Socialists. According to Marx, “they have historically formed economic structures, antagonistic classes and complex political relationships.”

Arguing About 1776 and 1865

Another disagreement between the World Marxists and The 1619 Project is in presenting the American War for Independence. Marx and Lenin placed great importance on the events of 1776. In their fevered imaginations, the Declaration of Independence started a revolution of the middle class (bourgeoisie) against the British aristocracy. In turn, this would become an essential element in the eventual uprising of the workers against the bourgeoisie.

Economic Marxists tie the War for Independence directly to the Civil War. “The founding of the United States set into motion a crisis which resulted in the Civil War…. In the end, the war resulted in the greatest expropriation of private property in world history, not equaled until the Russian Revolution in 1917.” In their minds, confiscating one form of private property is a prelude to eliminating it all.

The 1619 folks see both events very differently. Perhaps the most quoted portion of 1619 is its highly inaccurate summary of the American motivation in declaring independence. “[O]ne of the primary reasons the colonists decided to declare their independence from Britain was because they wanted to protect slavery.” It asserts that the British government was moving in the direction of abolition. Supposedly, this move would “have upended the economy of the colonies.”

The 1619 Project is even more dismissive of the effects of the Civil War. It briefly mentions The Emancipation Proclamation but does so in the context of a fictional narrative. The 1619‘s authors deny any significance to the Civil War – seeing it merely as a movement from chattel status to the slavery of “Jim Crow.”

A Satanic House Divided

The World Socialists see 1619 is an attempt to prevent revolution. For them, the New York Times is “the mouthpiece of the Democratic Party and the privileged upper-middle-class layers it represents…. They are joining with their ruling class counterparts around the world in deploying sectarian politics, be it based on race, religion, nationality, ethnicity or language to block this development.”

Neither clique has the truth on their side. Readers might argue about which position is preferable to the other. Such speculation is pointless. Their shared atheistic and materialistic outlook blinds both groups. Neither can approach truth because each rejects the Author of All Truth.

However, this disagreement is significant. The economic communists look at everything in terms of economic structures.  Beyond that point, they are blind. The 1619 Project doesn’t fit their narrative; therefore, it must be part of the “bourgeois” resistance to their revolution.

The Critical Race Theory behind 1619 is part of a cultural revolution that sees only the need to overturn social structures. The evil of racism is woven into the social fabric and cannot be eliminated without destroying all vestiges of traditional culture. For them, economic life is only one set of threads in a rotten fabric.

This struggle displays the faults within each narrative. Both must be rejected. The new revolution is more dangerous because its scope is broader.  Every aspect of life is at risk. Economic Communists want to overthrow the structures of life; the social Marxists want to destroy all structures.
