A Prayer For
The Church!
Heavenly Father, thank You for Your
mercy on Your People, the Church, those who You call by Your Name! Thank You
for Your grace as You convict us by trials and tribulations for our sins! Thank
You that You are giving us an opportunity to repent before Your judgment falls
upon us!
Forgive us we pray; of our pride,
greed, sexual lust, immorality and idolatry! Forgive us that we have set aside
integrity and allowed lies to be taught to Your People and the world as truth!
Forgive us that we build up our kingdom rather than Your Kingdom! Forgive us
that we hide our Light and have lost our Saltiness!
Father, forgive us that we sin
against You, Your Word, JESUS our Savior and Your HOLY SPIRIT! Forgive us that
we do not call out those who call themselves by Your Name but who do not honor
or serve You!
Father, thank You that you are
calling us as individuals, families, fellowships and ministries to repentance!
Father, thank you that you are giving
us the opportunity to repent and not receive Your judgment even as You are
giving the world the opportunity to repent before they receive Your judgment
and wrath!
