Proverbs 21:12

 Proverbs 21:12

“The righteous man wisely considers the house of the wicked; but God overthroweth the wicked for their wickedness.” KJV (Italic words are added by the interpreters.)

:The righteous God wisely considers the house of the wicked, overthrowing the wicked for their wickedness.” NKJV (Italic words are added by the interpreters.)

“The (uncompromisingly) righteous man considers well the house of the wicked-how the wicked are cast down to ruin.” AMPC (Words in () are extra interpretations by the interpreters).

“The righteous one keeps an eye on the house of the wicked-how the wicked are cast down to ruin.” AMP

“The righteous one considers the house of the wicked, throwing the wicked down to their ruin.” TLV

The Righteous One observes the house of the wicked; he overthrows the wicked to their ruin.” CJB (My observation - Righteous One equals GOD; he does not equal GOD.)

“”The righteous [man] wisely considers the house of the wicked: [But God-Elohim (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]] overthrows the wicked for [their] wickedness.” NMV ([], () and Italic words are added by the interpreters.)

TLV - Tree of Life Version

CJB - Complete Jewish Version

NMV - New Messianic Version

This is why people think there are errors in the Bible, these versions of Proverbs 21:12 all say the same thing, but the interpreters use different words based on their understanding of the original (Hebrew) language. The problem comes for most people, like myself, do not study the Bible in its original language, though I sometimes make an attempt like this one. Remember the original Hebrew did not come with capitalization or punctuation, these are added by the interpreters.

The NKJV is my study and writing version most of the time, but the TLV is now my primary reading version (my reading and study history of the Bible is KJV, NIV, NKJV, CJB, TLV, now I’m going to add the NMV). Today as I was reading in Proverbs 21 in my TLV Bible as I read verse 12 I thought, I don’t remember that verse so I looked it up in my NKJV and that sent me on a search of all the versions above.

When we read and study the Bible we must remember that from Genesis 1:! to Revelation 22:21 this is GOD’s Word to the human race revealing that there is One True GOD, JEHOVAH ELOHIM, Who sent His Son JESUS The CHRIST to redeem humanity back to Himself; and He gives His SPIRIT to all who believe in JESUS and confess Him as Savior and LORD!

Anything that takes away from that message and anything that adds to that message is error and severely judged by GOD. In the middle there is room for gramarial misinterpretations that do not change the Message.

If you are a Christian you should be a student of The Bible and if you are a student of The Bible GOD’s SPIRIT will show you errors that need to be corrected and errors that do not need to become divisions of fellowship.

Like baptizing in The Name of JESUS verses baptizing in The Name of The Father, The Name of The Son and The Name of The HOLY SPIRIT; these are the same, one is just more wordy, both are used in The Bible so first off there should be no division! Secondly, JESUS as The Son of Man was the Full Embodiment of The GODHEAD, so baptizing in the Name of JESUS is baptizing in the Name of The Father, The Name of The Son and The Name of The HOLY SPIRIT.

GOD will judge us for our divisions! According to The Bible there is only One Body of CHRIST! Also, there is only one race of people, the human race, we are all descendants of Adam and Eve!
