If you’re seeking the good life rather than the obedient life, than by JESUS’ own Words, you are not His Disciple, “Then JESUS, looking at him, Loved him and said to him, ‘One thing you lack; go your way, sell whatever you have and give to the poor, and you will have Treasure in Heaven; and come, take up your cross and follow Me.” Mark 10:21

Psalm 1:1-3 “BLESSED are Those who DO NOT FOLLOW the Advice of the Wicked or STAND around with Sinners or JOIN IN with Mockers. But They DELIGHT in The LAW of The LORD, Meditating on IT Day and Night. They are like TREES Planted along the Riverbank, BEARING FRUIT each Season. Their Leaves NEVER WITHER and They PROSPER in ALL They DO.”

Notice in the Psalm that They Prosper in ALL They DO not in all they have, because their doing is to give not receive.
