JESUS!
The Crucifixion and Resurrection
happened at Passover: Exodus 12:1-28; Leviticus 23:4-8; Numbers 9:2-14,
28:16-25; Deuteronomy 16:1-8; The month of Abib or Nissan (Esther 3:7)
is in the spring, every month of the Hebrew
calendar starts on the new moon, and is 30 days, the lunar cycle. Hebrew days
start and end at 6PM each day, so today at 6PM this day will end and tomorrow
will begin.
The month of Nissan in the year 34
AD (3959 DSS) started on March 9, JESUS was crucified on Wednesday March 24
(Nissan 14). JESUS rose from the grave on Sunday March 28 (Nissan 18). Nissan
15 and 22 were Holy Convocations (Sabbaths) when no work was to be
done; these were in addition to the regular weekly Sabbath.
JESUS was in the grave Wednesday
night and Thursday day (1st night and day), Thursday night and
Friday day (2nd night and day), Friday night and Saturday day (3rd
night and day). So JESUS was Crucified on Wednesday, Thursday was a Special
Sabbath, Friday was a preparation day for Saturday the weekly Sabbath, JESUS
rose from the dead on Sunday, the first day of the week.

JESUS came in the flesh to live a sinless Life and take our sins upon Himself! (John

6:PM Tuesday evening (Wednesday by
Jewish time keeping) JESUS celebrates the Passover with his twelve disciples.

Matthew 26:57-27:26 JESUS’ trial,
Peter’s denial of JESUS, Barabbas set free in place of JESUS. (Mark 14:53-15:15;

the Romans and Crucified. JESUS was on the cross from 9:00am to 3:00pm on

What
do the Crucifixion and the Resurrection mean for us?
Our sins are removed, washed in
The Blood of JESUS so that JEHOVAH GOD, our Heavenly Father, no longer sees
them; when we ask for Forgiveness and Repent which means stop sinning and live
Righteous before and Holy to GOD! (Galatians 2:20-21; Ephesians 2:1-13; 1 Peter
1:13-2:3; read James 1:12-18)
It means Eternal Salvation in the
earth and in The Kingdom of GOD in Heaven! It’s not just in this life; this
life is the Spiritual School to prepare us for Eternity! (1 Timothy 4:12-16, 2
Timothy 2)
So what is Salvation? It is the
Forgiveness of our sins and being made Righteous in GOD by JESUS CHRIST! (2
Corinthians 5:20-21; Galatians 2:20-21)
Salvation is the Great Commission
that every Christian should be involved in at some level! (Romans 10)
Salvation is Living in Victory
over temptation and sin! (1 Corinthians 15:50-58; read Romans 5:1-11)
Salvation is being Holy (set apart
to GOD)! (1 Peter 1:13-2:3)
Salvation is Loving everyone!

Salvation is Growing in Faith and
Obedience! (Hebrews 3, 6:1-8; read 1 Corinthians 16:13-14)
