I, one of the People of
the 50 American States (as seen in the Bills and Declarations of Rights of the
50 State Constitutions, republican in form and having all political power) sui
juris, am serving you with this Notice so that you, the trustees and servants
of the People, may provide immediate due care by way of necessity of the People
and our republic;
Please take Notice that all government
originates with the People, is founded on our authority and is instituted to
ensure and maintain our peace, safety and happiness. As the trustees and
servants of the People, it is the People’s right to have full control over their
public servants who are employed to act on behalf of the People.
Washington State
Constitution Article I Section I Political Power
“All political power is inherent in the people, and governments derive their
just powers from the consent of the governed, and are established to protect
and maintain individual rights.”
Pennsylvania Constitution,
Article I Section 2: Political Powers
“All power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on
their authority and instituted for their peace, safety and happiness. For the
advancement of these ends they have at all times an inalienable and
indefeasible right to alter, reform or abolish their government in such manner
as they may think proper.”
Maxim of Law: 51b. The government
is to be subject to the law, for the law makes the government. C.L.M.
Maxim of Law: 96h. One is a
servant who is employed by a master to perform service in his affairs and whose
physical conduct in performance of the service is controlled by the master.

Please take notice that well documented
research including numerous studies performed by the NIH and other accredited
organizations have found that mRNA vaccines are known to cause serious,
irreversible harm to the body, including serious heart and vascular damage, and
even death. It has come to the attention of the People that mRNA will be
introduced into our food supply and we will not tolerate such maladministration
and malfeasance. Therefore, please show where in any of the 51 constitutions
any government agent has been delegated the authority to tamper with or
contaminate our food supply without authorization or consent of We the People.
Failure to provide the constitutional provisions that grant you such authority
confirms your actions are a trespass against the People with full knowledge,
intent and malice. We the People will no longer accept any nefarious intrusions
into our life, liberty, safety or property, including any and all attempts to
harm us by tampering or contaminating our food supply with mRNA or any other harmful

Article I Section 35 Objective of Government
“That the sole object and only legitimate end of government is to protect the
citizen in the enjoyment of life, liberty, and property, and when the
government assumes other functions it is usurpation and oppression.”

held more sacred, or is more carefully guarded by the common law, than the
right of every individual to the possession and control of his own person, free
from all restraint or interference of others, unless by clear or unquestionable
authority of law. Union Pac. Ry. v. Botsford, 141 U.S. 250, 251.”
Maxim of Law: 92aa. The
deprivation of any rights may be punished. Cummings v. Missouri, 4 Wall. (71
U.S.) 277, 320.
Please take Notice that We the People
demand out of absolute necessity that any and all actions to allow mRNA to
enter our food supply are to immediately cease. It is the absolute duty of any
and all public officers as the trustees of the People to ensure our safety and
happiness including protecting our health and well-being. Any officer found to
have acted in any manner other than our will only will be held fully
accountable and dealt with as such. (See evidence below)

Please take notice that it is unlawful
to give anyone any type of medication without adequate, informed consent with
their right and choice to refuse such medication. Any public officer found to
be allowing the introduction of mRNA into the People’s food supply without
their knowledge or consent is in direct violation of your trust indenture and
contract with the People. Any corporation or person attempting to coerce any
entity into violating any rights that are guaranteed to the People will be held
accountable for their transgressions against such rights. Please provide the
constitutional provisions that grant you the authority to use private
influence, money and/or deals to attack the declared, inherent, natural rights
of the People. Failure to provide the constitutional authority confirms your
actions are a trespass against the People with full knowledge, intent and

Please take notice that as our trustees
and servants, we demand that you, our federal legislators, immediately instruct
the FDA, USDA, and any other appropriate agencies and/or individuals to cease
and desist in any attempts to introduce mRNA into our food supply, whether it
be through mass vaccination of our livestock, injections into our crops, food
products, additives or by any other means. Furthermore, we demand criminal
investigations to determine any and all actors who are the driving force
financing this attack on We, the People. We wish to send a clear and decisive
message that the government will work to protect We, the People, therefore, we
demand arrests, indictments and prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Please take final Notice that given the
danger that mRNA technology poses to the People; we demand immediate
investigations into any public officials that seeks to interfere with this
order to halt mRNA from being introduced into our food supply. It is your duty
to find and publicly disclose any and all money any public officer is receiving
from outside sources that is influencing their official duties as prescribed in
their contract and trust indenture, the Federal and State Constitutions. As
public officers you have sworn an oath by contract to always protect and ensure
our rights. Therefore, We the People have the absolute authority, guaranteed by
right, to remove you at will for not fulfilling the duties of your office as
your contract expressly demands and prescribes of you. Furthermore, if you
believe that you have the authority to harm, infringe or trespass against any
rights of the People, please provide the Constitutional Provisions that grant
you such privileges. All responses must be submitted by affidavit, sworn under
penalty of perjury, within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving this Notice or you
agree, by acquiescence, all statements in this notice to be truth and law.
Further, you agree that you are acting with full knowledge, intent, and malice
by trespassing against the inherent rights of the People and that no court
shall be able to rehear this matter, but it shall stand as evidence, truth, and
law in all courts of record.
This notice is sent to you
in peace and with the love of Christ, so that you may provide due care to those
who have all political power, the People.
