Moses compels us to know our limitations and thus Fear GOD. In Psalm 139 David tells us that there is no place where GOD is not. Oswald is challenging us to know both our limitations and GOD’s Omnipresence. GOD is not only everywhere, always at all times, but He personally goes before us wherever He sends us.
