Word For 7/21/2022

 

“I have an obligation to both Greeks and barbarians, to both the wise and the foolish. So I am eager to proclaim The Good News also to you who are in Rome. For I am not ashamed of The Good News, for it is the Power of GOD for Salvation to everyone who Trusts – to the Jew first and also to the Greek. In it The Righteousness of GOD is revealed, from Trust to Trust. As it is Written, ‘…but the righteous shall live by Faith.’” Romans 1:14-17

 

“I am not to be a superior person among men, but a bondslave to The LORD JESUS. I am a debtor to everyone on the face of the earth because of The Gospel of JESUS; I am free to be an absolute slave only.” Oswald Chambers

 

The Power of The Gospel is not that we are saved it is that anyone can be saved! So we yield our life to JESUS and obey His Command to preach or share The Gospel with everyone that we can, by Faith in GOD’s Power to Save no matter who they are. In the Scripture above Paul is writing to those in Rome but we are sent to our family, neighbors, friends and work. Some GOD will call as missionaries or evangelists, pastors or teachers or even apostles, but we all are called to wherever we are now.

 

JESUS left His Will in Heaven and came as The Son of Man so that He could proclaim Salvation to all humanity, which He does through those who believe in Him and obey His commission to The Church.
