Word For 7/31/2022

 

“Now to Him Who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the Power that works in us, to Him be Glory in the Church by CHRIST JESUS to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.” Ephesians 3:20-21

 

“A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from Heaven.” John 3.27

“The greatest blessing spiritually is the knowledge that we are destitute, until we get there Our LORD is powerless.” Oswald Chambers

 

It is not that GOD is powerless since He is omnipotent; He is limited by our will and obedience, if we do not seek GOD how can we get to know GOD? If we do not know GOD how can we obey Him? If we do not obey GOD how can we receive His Blessings?

 

GOD’s Mercy and Blessings are poured out on the earth; on the just and the unjust, on the good and on the bad; but those are random. If we want the exceedingly abundantly above all that we can ask or think, then we have to not just know about GOD; we have to know GOD and abide in Him, doing His Will above our own.
